    I am SO ANGRY that everyone keeps faulting the late Michael Massee. He may have pulled the trigger, but HE DIDN'T LOAD THE GUN! If anyone needs to be blamed for this, the prop master should be. Poor Massee spent the remainder of his life being haunted by this. I hope that Brandon Lee met him in Heaven, telling him not to torture himself, that it wasn't his fault and forgave him. R.I.P. Michael Massee.

      He did lots of TV and Movies, including Seven, The Game, Tales From The Hood, The X Files, 24, Carnivàle, The Blacklist, and episodes in the Law and Order/NCIS franchises (My favorite being Law and Order: Criminal Intent episode called "Reunion").

    • @nikkib8811

      I don't think the video blames him as it says he was the unlucky one who happened to pull the trigger. I do agree with you that no one should fault him because it wasn't his fault and clearly did affect him.

      Was he a "career criminal" always causing problems in society? Was he fighting with this guy? Could he have stopped and not ran him over?
      Was your cousin speeding???
      Was you're cousin driving drunk???

      I don't know the situation of the collision or what road she was driving on, but the video sounded as though it was possible the boy crossed the road illegally (not a crosswalk, and in America, pedestrians do not have the right of way, in case someone from a mother country may be confused). It seemed like the other cars in front of her stopped when they should have otherwise been going, which is why she switched lanes and hit him. While obviously tragic, if the accident occurred due to the fault of a pedestrian, rather than a driver who was drinking or distracted, the sentence should be very light. Again, it's possible she could have been at fault; the video did not say either way. I'm just saying sometimes an accident is just an accident where blame cannot really be assigned.

    Some complain that these are vehicle accidents and don't count! Yes they count! When you cause death because you drive around with Alcohol and drugs in your system and kill someone on the road it should be considered murder! You have to be living under a rock to know that getting behind the wheel when intoxicated the chance you could cause death are high is premeditated! Some of these people just drove around believing the rules were not for them and ended up taking an innocent life! These lost lives should not be forgotten!

  • @troyevitt2437
    @troyevitt2437 6 лет назад +6

    I had to prevent what happened with Gayheart and the 9-year-old. Several cars were stopped for a pedestrian and one car swerved around. Fortunately, I was also in a pedestrian area and was able to bang on the hood of the car and get the bastard's attention. "You see everybody else is stopped, you do the same! You're not special!" Americans, with their sick fetish for rugged individualism, can't see what the rest of the group is doing and conform. It's all about "Muh Freedumz".

    • @bitterclinger5876
      @bitterclinger5876 6 лет назад +1

      Troy, take it from an old man: "Rugged individualism" can be rooted in a kind of self-reliance that is both psychologically healthy and useful in practical application -- such as when the hard times in life come along. What handicaps many of these celebrity types is a distorted sense of entitlement that stems from an inflated perception of their own importance. They're immersed in a culture that feeds that perception until finally they wouldn't recognize (much less be able to interact with) a "normal" person if they tripped over one.

  • @db5202
    @db5202 6 лет назад +2

    Rich or not, killing someone is a horrible matter that should be treated more seriously. When a real accident takes place mercy is in order. However, as regular citizens we often behold a slanted justice, always favoring the rich and connected. It should make no matter who they are, who they know or how much or little money one has, all citizens should be treated equally as the law is supposedly blind. But because it doesn't work that way, the justice system isn't blind, can be paid off and thus, isn't respected anymore among the people. So, when some people fly off with vengeful behavior after a obvious acquittal, can anyone rightly blame them?

  • @DiKa-ec1cw
    @DiKa-ec1cw 3 года назад

    Why do they all talk about how hard it was to kill someone and the pain and suffering they have experienced? They’re not the victim. The families and friends of the deceased are. I don’t want to hear what killers have to say. I want to hear from those affected. Put them on TV and imprison the celebrities. How narcissistic do you have to be to think that we care about what YOU went through when you’ve literally ended a LIFE. I’m sure some of them feel badly but they should. Forever. They did terrible, careless and selfish things the irreparably damaged and/or destroyed the lives of so many. Also, throwing money at a situation may work in the morally corrupt community of Hollywood but these regular families just want to feel whole again.

      @freeassange1688 6 лет назад

      I was always of the belief that Courtney had more to do with Kurt’s death however she wasn’t even there, she was in rehab in another state. Courtney sent private investigators out to find him as he to was meant to be in rehab but jumped the back wall and took off. She was worried about his mental state. One of Kurt’s friends and the PI went to Kurt’s house but missed him, he was in the greenhouse. It wasn’t until a day or 2 later that he was found dead by an electrician doing work on the property. Again I was sure Courtney was to blame but they genuinely loved one another, Kurt just couldn’t or didn’t want to live without H.
