  • Beretta showed up to SHOT Show 2019 with a load of new options based off their ever popular M9 series of pistols. The first thing Erik Stern, the Beretta rep for pistols, showed us was the new colors for the lineup. One in particular that caught our attention was the FDE frame/barrel with black slide/grips combo. “We’ve actually had customers buy two M9A3’s to do this exact color combo,” Stern told us. You’ll also find a sniper grey/black combo at the request of Stern on store shelves soon.
    Moving on, Stern showed us the new 92G Elite LTT pistol. “This was developed in the specifications slash request of Mr. Ernest Langdon,” said Stern. The multi-time world champion pistol shooter used this exact pistol in matches for years and requested that Beretta build a gun to match. It’s built on a M9A1 frame with Vertec slide, featuring a stainless-steel barrel with a target crown. It’s also a 4.7-inch barrel as opposed to the typical 4.9-inch barrel you’re used to seeing from Beretta, “It clears the holster a little faster, all around it’s a nice competition gun,” said Stern.

    Just like Beretta I left Maryland for the south. That state is a liberal nightmare. Because Beretta took a stand for my rights I purchased a M9A3 to support them back. Great company, great history, great shooters.

      Would love to move out of California for somewhere like Texas or Louisiana if I didn't work in Silicon Valley. Most places tech companies outside of Silicone Valley can't match the salary here by a large margin (for my position) and it sucks. California might be the perfect place to live if it wasn't for the wildfires and stupid gun laws (along with plenty of other stupid states). Some people tell me I'm being over dramatic over gun laws, but those people fail to realize how the government is stepping all over our rights.
      That's why I love supporting companies like Beretta over something like Springfield Armory. No matter how great Springfield Armory guns are (especially the Hellcat), I will never give them a cent of my money.

    Many people might not be aware that there are 2 versions of the LTT pistol. The ones sold at most shops is without the trigger work. Usually with the black grips. Best to order direct from LTT. for the "true LSTT 92G"...There've been guys that were surprised when they got their "black LTT" maybe buying at the local shop or ordering online.

      @kephrarubin 5 лет назад +3

      I have a 96 coverted to 357 sig, underwood's 125s go 1535-ish fps. 10mm would lengthen the grip front to back. Maybe if they did it single stack or "semi stack" to get an extra round. 8 or 9 round 45, 9 or 10rd 10mm I think people underestimate supporting oddball calibers. The two biggest names right now both support 357 sig and 10mm, glock and sig. Granted sig made 357 sig but still.

      Firearm enthusiasts are used to the Glock haters. Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5 they’re all good pistols. I personally love the Gen 5. Why change the Glock so much when it is already so good at doing it’s job; going bang each and every time. I would like to see someone outshoot a stock Gen 5 Glock trigger and barrel. Every issue I here people complain about on the Glock is a training thing. Train through the difference and shoot 2” groups from 20 yds like me with a stock Glock 19 Gen 5.

    • @JessicaSimonson1976
      @JessicaSimonson1976 5 лет назад +2

      @@kaleniemiec3103 Glocks aren't worth the cost....the Gen 5 has poor fit and finish....finish leaves a lot to be desired. Shows Glock doesn't care what customers are asking for. Besides that same standard 1 year warranty on new firearms...Glock only provides limited lifetime warranty on factory reconditioned firearms. That is a fact found on their website.....Still have those cheap plastic sights, instead of running a better quality sight. Grip leaves a lot to be desired as well....the ergonomics aren't the best. Can't train through something if you have so much comtemp for it. Like telling you all women are created equal.....We know that isn't true. What works for one will not work for others.

Also glocks can’t be beat for the price that’s just the honest truth. It’s a reliable, rugged best bang for your buck gun. $500-$550 for a new Glock vs these berettas going for $800-$1,200??. I like my berettas but that price is ridiculous. Glocks are a great gun out of the box with the best aftermarket you can have. Glock isn’t going anywhere

    I'd like to know how beretta compares to glock, I don't personally have a handgun yet, but I have a milita commander buddy friend of mine who is religiously faithful to fnh n glock, I don't have the technical knowledge about beretta, I have seen the price of a beretta handgun $1,100.00 plus, I do realize I would have to go to a dealership handgun store to browse buy one,but my glock die hard friend tells me that I would regret buying a beretta, I also know that there are several different companies that are making and manufacturing the historical 1911 body style ,not everything can be a pile of shit. Now see if this idea make sense to you, I don't want to jump off the cliff because everyone else is, I want a dam good reason for jumping the cliff, that might be a hell of a long drop,you might not live ,I do like the open exposed barrel slide on the ejector top slide ,can I order the barrel in 5 inch or full inch longer than standard, this idea of appearance is why I like the beretta ,and the trigger/HAMMER area along with the ejector top body ejector slide as in according to the body alignment to handgrip looks a little different to me, I don't sense that much HAMMER body hanging out over on the index finger and thumb area,am I making sense for of your beretta engineering people, I look at the beretta as a automatic revolver, it to appears to me as body forward, I don't like the full body full covered square body design, just don't like it at all, so how many different bullet grain load can be shot through it ,what is the heaviest bullet loan that can be shot with reasonable accuracy ,I'm waiting to hear back, wayneeden95@gmail.com
