As a Beretta fan, I bought a new model 686 Silver Pigeon. After two years in a plastic case, one barrel showed oxidation. The gun is new and has not fired a single round. I suspect that there is a nickel plating failure on one barrel. Can you tell me if I report the problem to Beretta, will they accept it, will they fix it? Of course not. There seems to be a good factory there, not only in the decorations.
I have a 12 bore gun Grand Prix Long range gun model 'F' 36"double barrel, 3 1/4 Chamber, both barrel choke Made in Birmingham & England Can you tell me when it was made? Is it an antique gun?

I’ve had a 30” 686 for over 30 years and it is still tight and shoots great, but these guns are something else😳.
