Great video. I totally agree with reference to NO RED Dots on carry guns. I do not think there is time to be taking the extra (Whatever time it is) to focus with them, in addition, they are bulky. They are just not a natural for me either. If somone wants to use them on a long rife-or competion or range setting-I totally get it. I have a friend who goes a bit overboard when it comes to upgrading his Glocks. I tried it in a range and it was a no go. In addition, he stated he spent more on the RMR than he did on the pistol.Thank you for the excellent post. I feel better about not following the heard now.
I did purchase 2 of these frames for M17. I initially got one w/the safety cut and the 2nd one w/out the cut. I removed the safety and needed the one w/out the cut to hold the replacement pin for the safety. The problem is w/the mag well. The frame w/the cut the mags fit flush, the frame w/out the safety cut doesn't. Both fit the mags, but it comes down to whether or not to sacrifice looks.
FYI, both Sig factory grip and Wilson Combat grips use an 18-degree grip angle the exact same angle as the 1911. its funny how people complain about Sigs regular p320 grip as being way to rounded and chunky, yet Sig comes out with the X series and now it's to blocky and glock like HA HA 😂
What is the advantage of adding the weights? If it's so significant, why wouldn't Wilson include them with the module originally or at least offer them?
How does that grip compare to the M17-M18 or regular P320 rounder grips? For me those are to round...at least the standard versions that comes on the factory offerings. I really prefer the "X" grips over factory, but I know Wilson makes quality goods.
The Wilson grips are slightly smaller, narrower than the stock grip modules and as indicated in the video, a lot less blocky than the x-series modules. Some people, especially those with larger hands may prefer the x-series grips but based on my experience and others I know who have used it, they love the Wilson grip module like I do.
After this excellent review presentation, I am ordering a Wilson Combat modular frame for my Sig Sauer P320 M17. I am impressed.
Thanks! 🇺🇲
Thank you. Best review I have seen on grip modules. Thank you for all your work on these Sig Sauer systems. My x-ten just came.
Finally found an answer to the compact vs full size grip module (rail length). Great review 👍

just ordered a full size for my 320 thank you sir for a great video
Excellent, intelligent analysis. Thank you man
I have the grip the star pattern not rough and slippery in my opinion. Best handgun grip Glock RTF2 gen 3 gun line.

I have never handled Wilson's grip out of the package. , but the side pattern looks slippery though.

Is it worth buying a WC grip for my p320 if I have to buy new mags to go with it?
Awesome video I want one
Hey brother what magazines are you using for this upgrade?
Width of grip "handle"? Depth of "handle" from trigger guard to backstrap?
Definitely thinner than the X series and less depth to trigger for shorter fingers.
So this wilson grip would be the exact part number for the XVTAC?
Yeah
Does the WC grip module’s rail hold lights snuggly?
My TLR-1 fits very snug.
Rounded…. Well yeah it’s just like the non x version of the p320 lol
