HOW DID YOU GET THE PUMP OUT. I’ve been looking everywhere I can’t figure out how to get mine out of the sending unit

There is a cap on the bottom with clips on the side....pull that cap off then take needle nose pliers and grip the lip around the small hole you will see in the bottom of the pump....grip the sending unit and pull on the pliers and the pump will come out....you may break the wires off but you can repair them

My 06 raptor 700 will start and idle fine but when you go to rev it up it will stall out the tps reads fine any hints?

You could possibly have weak spark...you also may have an injector issue....but your fuel pump may also be getting weak....this bike would also idle fine but backfire and die when givin throttle

I don’t think it’s the injector because the bike is running rich. There’s a dyntek ignition system on it how could I test it to see if that’s the problem

I took the power commander out and switch the ignition back to stock and it’s the same problem.

Not sure this is the actual reason but I have a 01 660r and lately it’s been not even running or or starting etc I have no idea how to fix this but yea

That wouldn't be the problem in your case...An 01 660 Raptor is carbureated not fuel injected so it doesn't have a fuel pump...I would start with checking the compression in your cylinder...If that checks out ok then have your carburetor cleaned or rebuilt or you may possibly need to have the valves adjusted if it has high mileage
