Same fuel pump for a raptor 700r. Had both my kids and my 2020 700s go bad this past weekend at the dunes 😂 he bought a new pump and I preferred to rebuild mine. Especially with the “lifetime” warranty quantum says. Time will tell and now I go rebuild mine after watching your vid. Thanks
Great vid Adam. I have a 2020 Grizzly and my fuel pump was blowing the 15A fuse also. I wasn't sure of the disassembly of the fuel pump but once I saw your video it was a breeze. Thanks man.

thanx man I got a 2019 450 kodiak blowing fuel pump Fues after a hard day . but the bike runs for the duration of the job but when I shut it down the it won't restart :ie blown fuel pump Fues ???? but why ?
@@adamshaw9878 thank you . I will take it apart soon. im guessing I can clean the sock? im checking the grounds and connections , I will let you know. this last episode when it quit , I let it sit and it stared back up in the morning . so what you told me makes sense .
I have a 2008 Grizzly 700 and I cannot figure out what is wrong with the power steering it doesn't seem to work have you had any problems with yours I cannot find anything on here about it if you have any tips or ideas can you please let me know thanks

Is there a way to bench test the pump to see if in fact that is my problem? Maybe test somehow that it’s blowing my fuse and not something else?

Most likely, the fuel sock is full of sediment and the pump overworks itself drawing too many amps and blowing its fuse instead of burning up
