That spaghetti looks so good. She inspired me to make this for my dinner on 2morrow. Her recipe is very simple and I use my late mother's recipe. I usually like to use angel hair pasta but I find that thin spaghetti tastes much better. 😋

yes celery is used along with onions, carrots if you like and peppers, I even add a bit of spring onions, this recipe is a good base to work with, I also reduce the heat towards the end and simmer it softly for 2 hours if you have the time, try it the flavour is immense 🥰

Yes, you can add just a jar of good spaghetti sauce and it will still turn out good.
