I've seen BB over ten times and will still continue but Ben definitely has problems singing like he used to. He makes sure to get the fans involved so he doesn't has to sing as loud or if they leave him flat the guitarist picks up.
dynasty he's in his 40's now and singing so much throughout the decades would put his voice on a decline but I remember almost 10 years ago his vocals being injured.

Have had this album's full playlist on repeat for hours at a time, because I find it to be really good work music, especially at 1.25x speed. Just noticed that grainy video effect for the first time after several weeks of listening to it. Didn't realize it wasn't just the picture in the thumbnail.

The shift to a darker feel from We Are Not Alone to Phobia was continued into Dear Agony and I think done very well. Saturate and We Are Not Alone were great albums, but the band showed their biggest growth in musical talent and maturity with Phobia and they brought that with them ten fold into Dear Agony. Is it the best listen through? No, but I do think musically, it's the best written.

I agree with Mellow completely! I was introduced to both bands at the same time in 2002. I love both bands tremendously, but compared to Tool, lol you can't really compare them. Tool is way better technically and progressively this is why BB and Chevelle play the way they do.

Actually kinda reminds me of a forest area, when the guitar comes in the hero stumbles on the enemy camp and gets into a huge battle with the camp and then starts taking out others with stealth and then finds the boss and fights them and then goes to a castle and fights a drake a wyvern and a dragon and saves a princess
i love the... drums? in the beginning (my english isn't that good) they rock, they absolutely do, that one numbscull just don't know what good music is
For me.. this album and their second one wwere by far their best work. But personally (dont hate me, i still love BB), I thought Phobia didnt do much to stand out at all even though it had some decent songs, and Dear Agony took me a LONG time to appreciate after I got it since, idk, there just isnt much evolution there at all. Its got some great songs (fade away, crawl, and what lies beneath), but it seem like creatively the band has hit a standstill :/
Phobia was a very good album, in my opinion. The others were good too, I just think they are trying to experiment with their sound. I mean, if i were in a band, I wouldn't want to let out album after album of the same thing.
