saw these guys twice...once with Seether as the opening act in Roanke, VA...and then again at a place called Cattle Annies in Lynchburg, VA...EXCELLENT shows, especially the Cattle Annies as it is a smaller venue and everone is closer. great band, great live sound. look forward to catching them in Charlotte, NC later this month (Jan 2016)

This was done with out the explicit and lawful consent of Ben, and so he took them to court over it. And he won. Point is, they did something without asking him his permission.
