@@thebushgaming46 Half the investigation is just listening to footsteps. No reason to step out a closet if you can rule out half the list in the first hunt.
Have to say I prefer 12.57x multiplier on Camp Woodwind. All gold settings but normal speeds and windy weather. Then take three smudges and a lighter, light the campfire and wait for a hunt. Can get most of the ghosts with a hunt, three smudges will get you through the hunt then leave. Can work out over half the ghosts and great way to learn no evidence/hunt behaviours.
Thank you soo much for this video! You're super knowledgeable. I took a screen shot of your settings. The presets are actually ... awful. Haha! So, I will be using this for Silver on Apocalypse.
@@latenightgamer_93 thank you for watching it! I agree, the bronze and silver presets are terrible and can be adjusted to your liking. My settings are just what works for me but you are totally free to make changes that suit your play style!
I could have sworn they removed the ghosts' ability to detect the activation of global coms over a year ago, so activating it shouldn't get the ghost's attention. If it did, the ghost would go straight into your hiding spot since it's the last in which it detected you.
@@lllonilll If it's not a Yokai, what's stopping the ghost from going straight into your hiding spot? As I understand it, ghosts will pinpoint the source of a sound/electronic and go there even if the sound is gone or the electronic has been turned off, because that becomes the player's last known location.
@@sharingheart13 Electronic detection range is inside/smaller than Electronic disturbance range. Electronic detection isn't happening without electronic disturbance. If you want to be certain that an electronic got the attention of the ghost within standard detection range, be outside the Nursery door and use the electronic or global comm when you hear the footsteps change from concrete to wooden. Wooden to carpet can be used as long as it's not the dining room carpet. You're right about the ghost reaction to electronic detection. It's better to get out of hiding to bait the ghost as long as there is no line of sight. Oni had to save himself with a smudge in this video. I baited a revenant many times in the Edgefield garage without hiding in the lockers.
Perfect room, perfect hiding spot, easiest set up... Why do people show these kind of vids the 'ezpz' ones, not the Ghost in garage or downstairs?.. with no hiding spots near by?..
Tbh, even if the ghost was in the garage or basement, it will eventually walk upstairs and to the living room where you can pull it using the parabolic mic or other electronics. It's the same strategy here
Personally camp is the best map to do it. With 10.6x multiplier i was able to loop ghost around the table. Yes even rev and moroi. It's just personal preference tho. Love tho
I still run Camp Woodwind from time to time because I can loop even without the ping pong spot at the tables. This is just a guide to show newer people how to do it in Tanglewood safely. If I sped through everything in this vid, it would not teach anyone anything. You have to agree that it's still faster than running a Nightmare or even Insanity round.
Woodwind will probably still be 10x faster. Less walking to the truck, slightly higher multiplier, faster set up and plays off of ghost behaviors. Even if you get only 1/2 of them right, you're getting 4k per hunt, and it has never taken me longer than 1 minute per hunt.
@@Taynader Nothing at all. Still good if you are great at looping without using the ping pong spot. This is a method less experienced players can also use.
It's definitely safer and efficient if you are used to identifying by footsteps. Also gives you a chance to use other methods of testing while in the room😊

Finally, someone who has a play style like me. Wants to farm but doesn't want a high-risk match. Great job.

It did an airball event at the start so its not and oni, and i knew at the start that its a kinda efective way of earning😄

I have found it to still work. I still see many others use this tactic to rule out a Yokai.

It takes time to build up to that but it's why I go in there with a cross immediately

At Camp woodwine you can User 14.00 x like do it and it is faster but you need to know the gohst really good

you would've gotten hantu within the first minute on camp wood wind and around 4k-5k cash

whats wrong with the old method
