This challenge made me realise that Phasmophobia is just Guess Who with ghosts
Does the ghost have glasses? Does the ghost wear a hat? Will the ghost wring your neck if it catches you in the garage?

I love watching Insym play phasmo because it's so educating! My fiance and I play phasmo for a couple of hours each week with a friend couple that live in a different state, and we call it our "spooky virtual double date night" 🥰 Hearing "it's not X ghost because of X" is so helpful and it's great when I can pull that knowledge out when we're playing! we surprisingly were able to complete the challenge this week, even though we didn't think we could
Yeah Insym could write a PhD about Phasmo ghosts, lol.
We had to run it 4 times because of a crash lol. Raiju, Goryo, Poltergeist, and Shade made the challenge pretty fun, though. We've gotten so good at this because of you

0:30 Ridgeview is actually my favorite for no evidence no sanity because there's two looping spots and the best hiding spot is near the door (fridge). AND there's so many corners for breaking LOS
I actually came back to this one after not playing much since level reset a few days ago thinking it was the easy challenge from last week....... Thankfully I've watched enough of your videos where I know the habits of ghost types without evidence. Suprised myself with completing it.
btw the air ball ghost event is the only ghost event in the game that the ghost can do without being at the location, so the ghost can be on the other side of the map and use it on you without the ghost being on you
It was very easy for me. I figured them out instantly except for when The Mimic got us.
✅Hantu ☠Il Mimo ✅Thaye ✅Raiju
Instantly got Hantu going 95 BPM which is quite close to The Twins at its slow speed of 100 BPM. Fuse box starts on makes the house temperature start high, making Hantu very slow.
Instantly got Thaye because it is noticeably very fast.
Instantly got Raiju because I dropped my EMF at the front door.
Very close to 1mill now insym, been watching your channel since the early days and you've grown so well. Keep up the awesome content
This challenge was so much fun. It was pretty simple if you approach it right, you have to find the closet to hide in and listen for things like footstep speeds or salt prints
This guy is pretty smart for streaming on 2 platforms, then let the stream be watched after and then uploading bits for videos. Thousands of views. Anyways, always love the vids/streams

I love watching Insym plays Phasmo. Tge amount of bs when playing the game is so funny
They should update that makes Goryo like a reverse Shade, if you're in the ghost room increases activity but can't do a ghost event outside of the room.
Why remake Goryo? They should add a few new ghosts and make one of them have that behavior.
The game is missing some slavic ghosts that could be entertaining.
@@Holtijaar As a person who mostly plays no evidence Goryo is always uncertain guess. Why add more if they can't fix what's already in?

Hi Insym, love your videos! I was just wondering when the last part of the Sons of the Forest playthrough is coming out?
you can still use the EMF board to potentially spot Poltergeists (polter ability is 3 throws, which can register as a 3 to 9 spike, and anything >=5 has to be polter with no evidence 🤔) and Twins (twin interaction is 2 events with a very low time between them, which can produce uniquely shaped lines)
I identified a poltergeist in this challenge using this :D
A jump >= 5 on no evidence doesn't have to be polter. Two object throws within the same second on the monitor can be an instant jump of 6, and still look like a clean line (a throw registers between 1-3 on the board, and a double 3 activity has the same slope). A throw and a door touch close enough together can register as a spike of 5. Basically every ghost can make the appearance of a twinteraction happen on the board if they're active enough, but twins do it more reliably.
@@-Keith-is that true? i have called every polter with the monitor and I dont think i have been wrong, but maybe I was just lucky 🤔
@@EvilNuiIt's true, feel free to read it up on the phasmo wiki. The activity board registers activities as "(emf level -1) plus or minus 1". So a throw (EMF 3) registers as 2 +/-1, which can be a range of 1, 2, or 3. Two throws within the same second reporting window on the monitor can theoretically show as a straight jump of 6 without a compound curve on the line. Or it can show as a jump of 5 with a compound curve (3+2).
I've had more than my fair share of normal ghosts duplicate a twinteraction on the board through various means, even Insym and psychohypnotic say regularly that board twinteractions aren't always twins, but twins do it more often.
I got lucky on my first two runs of this, two phantoms in a row. The next time I had luck was when I got the twins... 8 attempts later. Great challenge for practicing hunts and unique ghost behavior though, even more so after not playing for eight plus months because the difference from when I last played and when I returned a week ago is just bewildering. Reminds me of trying to figure it out first-hand like when the Moroi was introduced and I love it, so watching you helps with getting back into it.

Onryo, Raiju and Hantu made this particular challenge a breeze for me (thank goodness!!). I’d probably have hated it otherwise 😅

I've not played phasmo in over a year I did this challenge by remembering stuff I learned here haha. Still took forever though 😂

broo when the obake hunted at 11:44, a couple of ppl in chat saw it shapeshift, but Insym didn't see the comments! I went back a couple of times to the first hunt and could not for my life see it, ppl in chat are wild! Anyways I kept watching thinking maybe it was another ghost and lo and behold, an obake indeed 😂

We had one deo and 2 yokai, and one yurei we couldn't figure out lol
I got really lucky doing this challenge. 1st round was a Deogen. 2nd round was a Thaye, I just hid while it sped around the house lol And 3rd was a Revenant! I died to the rev cuz ya know rev things but still completed the challenge in 3 hunts only!

Honestly, this challenge was a lot less painful than the zero sanity one on Prison.
me and my friends arent very no evidence friendly but we had to do it maybe 7 times? we got mimic twice and goryo twice just thrown in with easy ones, we had 2 morois and a rev

We got Mimic as well but the ghost chose only normal speed ones to hunt 😂 I'm not sure if this weekly boost ghost events because I got Oni constantly scares me like 10 times in a row, I know Oni likes to do ghost events back to back but my god, i was gonna have a heart attack because usual Oni i have don't do that much

I had luck with this challenge xD first was hantu with breath than thaye and the last one was deogen :D
last time this challenge came around I got 2 Deogens and a Thaye. Easiest challenge of my life B)
This weekly was one of the easiest weeklies I have done. Two rounds were both Raiju's and One round was a Banjee.

I got lucky. Got very obvious ghosts when they were hunting. Feels like I completed this quicker than the Speed run weekly challenge.
me and my wife got as first ghost a rev. second was a mimic and last was a rev again. the easiest by hearing footsteps. i think we spent top 10 min on all three.

I tried the challange today and I got 3 revs in a row so it was easy peasy lemon squeezy
i did the math, and if the obake was a mimic he would have did 0.05% chance or 1 in 10000
1 Shade and 2 Deo, ez weekly lmo
We did this and was ez ok one banshee that did not want to walk xD
I did this faster than the speedrun one. I got Revenant, Revenant, Wraith
The chances of the mimic changing to the same ghost 2x in a row is 0.17% (1 in 588 chance).

in first game i had to choose between a moroi and the thaye it was a lucky guess
I got a banshee in the first game.The goryo in the second game.The yurei in the third game. The most annoying one was banshee because after 11 whispers she screamed 🙄🙄. I was like 'what the hell is going on'. I long ruled it out after 7 to 8 whispers but I wasn't getting enywhere and suddenly after the 11th whisper she screamed and I took a sigh of relief 😮💨 😮💨. In the very first game it was so annoying that i had to close and play the second later onwards 😂😂😂.

This should be round x10 for the actual difficulty. I have one set up that's almost the same and it's at 10.02. However i feel i may have mine harder than this.
Ridgeview has one of the best looping spots in any map. You can loop a rev in Ridgeview, why you say its bad?
Where can you loop? In the living room? How? One time a rev haunted me and i can say that loopin isnt possible there. Is there another way?
@@GeorgeLochorisXclusive the dining room table. It's the same table that's in tanglewood. I have a video of me looping a rev around it. I also loop a 150% speed ghost around it to. Its op.

Is challange mode always this hard? Me n my friend just started playing this game a month or two ago. And we tried our first challange mode. We have maybe played 10 rounds and gotten 1 ghost correctly😂 we can handle the sero sanity. But identifying the ghost is so hard

T1 incense is almost always good until this happens.
Spirit Box is good on this challenge for figuring out Moroi/not Moroi.
You're lost in the sauce my friend, spirit box does absolutely nothing with moroi on no evidence because the moroi only curses players through the spirit box when they give an actual response (evidence). And since you're 0 sanity, you have no idea whether you get moroi cursed or not even if you hear a paramic whisper.
Can Monkey Paw force a Goryo to change ghost roam?

For me it's getting a mechanical understanding of the game combined with experience. Actually understanding how the game mechanics and the ghosts work takes away a lot of the fear of the unkown, and playing it more gets you used to the different ghost interactions and events. You learn the games limits, when you are safe and when you are not, and once you've seen something for the 100th time it stops scaring you. For me at least it didn't take too long for the game to go from a very scary game to a very mechanically interesting game. Also the fact there is no jumpscare on death helps ease tension a lot.
I think I know enough to not be that scared of the game, when I’m playing multiplayer my friends can just be sitting in van and I’d be less scared it’s just single player is so much more scary for NO REASON

3:49 why did insym conclude that it isnt a spirit?
He smudged the ghost at 1:50, and it started a new hunt at 3:42. A spirit can't hunt for 3 minutes after being smudged, so you can rule that out.

True chad (cheese) strat is to just wait for hunt at the start and identify the ghost based off speed and stuff, works for some ghosts and can be quick and easy (with a few deaths)
The video is pretty quite. I had to put on 100% volume, even though my system volume is high (70%)

He does a longer video segment earlier in the week that usually combines the weekly challenge, ghost gambo, and/or no evidence runs. Then later in the week he chops up the long video into shorter segments for people who don't have time to watch a 3 hour video.

Easier to see the floor and where you're going in the dark when crouched. The passive light illuminates it a little bit

@Insym 17:58 was that not a Yurei ability there as it closed the door I know other ghosts can close doors but you had that on fully open
