Doctor is there any problem if i used a towel 11 days after hair transplant. I used a soft towel i slowly and genly moves downwards from crown to front area to dry my hair after wash i didn't applied too much pressure i slowly done it slowly moved/wipes down. does this affect my hair transplant results any chance?

If for other reasons a hair transplant is recommended to restore hair growth, it is essential to get the dermatitis under control before the surgery. Also, seborrheic dermatitis can return after the surgery and it can affect the implanted hairs especially in the first period.
Please clarify, for how many days/ weeks after the surgery, does one needs to take precaution against exposure to sun.

No, you are just in the shed phase. By 1 month the root has healed and can only be removed surgically.

No, it should not cause any issues. But remain gentle for a couple more days, to ensure you do not irritate your scalp.
