It’s amazing to come back and see my posts from last year. I just dedicated myself to practicing this at least once a day hopefully two times a day. I’ve done it for the last three days and I’ve already noticed a change in my body. I am really a hot yoga fanatic, but the last five years, physical trauma, emotional trauma. And then the pandemic have made it challenging to return to that practice. This is exactly what the universe has ordered for me. Thank you, Namaste.

Such a perfect practice for the end of the semester! I keep finding my breath to be exceptionally shallow and this was a perfect reminder to "drop in!" Not to mention it released some glute, hamstring and quad tension that is occurring as a result increased mileage in preparation for a half marathon. This yin practice was right on time! Thanks Michelle, love you like rainbows and Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. 💖💖

This is amazing- I committed to 2 classes a day morning night and I started about the beginning of March- I feel amazing- even more so what amazed me is how I easily bent over with a floor dust pan and sweep up dust effortlessly- thank you so much for your series

This is the first video of ya'lls I have tried. My shoulders and hamstrings don't feel so tight anymore.🤗 I normally do a lot of flow and intense stretching. This was a great change of pace. Thank you 🙏🏽

That was fantastic, Michelle. In the Army, in my 30's and the yoga classes I take online have kept me limber and injury-free for (for the most part, obviously minor injuries happen) the past couple years. But having a mentored recovery class was just what I needed today after a medium run. Will definitely be checking out your other content. Liked, subscribed.

woohoo!!! 3rd workout in 3 days....Ive committed to this stretching for three weeks straight and then will back down to every other day...first day, could only do 15 minutes...INTENSE discomfort, 2nd day, did it all!! still uncomfortable but improved...3rd day, best yet!!
