hey I play a les paul too, I found a cool little trick for the whammy bend at the last part. You can fret the first fret instead of the 2nd and then bend up the A string with your thumb behind the nut at the headstock, then just do wham wham wham

Kirk overuses wah, he is not the greatest player and reuses and repeats licks. Marty Friedman actually puts feeling and doesnt sound the same every solo
