    The most lightest, spongiest cake ever. Thank you for the recipe Apron and loved the way you could take it out after 10 mins and put it back in the oven and still didn't flop! Also the fact that you pressed it down out of the pan and it sprung right back up :)

    I’ve tried it it’s sooooo soft moist and yummy. But need to double the recipes to get into a normal size cake

      My cake rose very nice n then shrunk.. Still very fluffy but looks :(. I didnt have cake flour so i added 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/8th teaspoon baking soda. Can u help as to whr to correct myself

      I found my cake to be a bit on the sweet side.. R u sure thr is no mix up with the sugar and flour measurement in tablespoon?

      @@gulnarkhan9548 maybe you overmixed it. Chiffon tends to deflate if overmixed.

    I love it so much. I ve been trying many recipes from other people vid and end up failing. Then hopelessly i tried yours and i succesfully made my first chiffon cake and the taste.. O my god everybody loves it.. I love it my husband love it my kids love it. Before I found your channel, I used to have a believe that all youtube recipes are all fake...     Can i divide it by two, half add coffee instant, half didnt add coffee?and mix this two together in one pan and bake it ?

    Made it today the cake is so delicious, I'm amazed by the recipe that the meringue didn't need any cream of tartar or vinegar and the cake turned up to be so tall 👍 yummy! But please check your recipe again the oil and milk you listed ml but the video showed in gram

    Some recipe need to add 1tsp of lemon juice and baking powder also, is it true we don’t need to add lemon juice and baking powder? whether the cake won't deflate?

      Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume. The density and volume of each ingredient will be different in different countries, if there are discrepancies, the grams shall prevail

      Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try this side.Whip the egg white on medium speed until become bubble form,
      and then add 1/3 of the amount of sugar with high-speed whipping to the foam began to become detailed and expansion,
      and then add the remaining sugar begin whipping your egg whites on low speed until they become foamy and frothy.
      It takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.

      @Apron I used a stainless steel pot instead. Although the cake puffed up nicely in the oven, after I turned it upside down to cool in the pot, it collapsed upwards (shrunk) and became very dense. Not fluffy at all. More like a dense sponge. It was an epic fail! That's the end of my cake baking attempt. Will continue to buy from the stores from now onwards. 😞
