I LOVE this bag! I think it's so much more classy then the Louis Vuitton Neverfull. Maybe you can try this: Just put the outer strap under/over your inner strap while wearing the bag on your shoulder. This works for me all the time.

Thanks for the review. I had wanted to buy this bag last year. I saw it in a consignment shop all messed up from the color transfer. Even the sample bag at Bloomingdales had color transfer in it. I'm glad I passed on it. I may get the Haymarket print instead.

I did get in touch with the lady who sold me the bag, and she did get a bit defensive; she is a surgeon at a Canadian Hospital, and says she would rather die than sell someone a fake bag....and that she wouldn't even hold one in her hands! So, I believe her-----plus, the Nordstrom sales sticker is still on the card (price torn off, of course, but it looks pretty genuine to me). Thanks again, and have fun with those gorgeous handbags!

I own the haymarket check bag that's very similar to this one. It's a wonderful bag, comparable to the neverfull.

I haven't really had any problems with mine, except the black handles left a small mark on the side of the bag while storing over time.

I've not had any color transfer and I've had it for a year. Mine has chocolate leather and handles stay on well.
Cyrus Mehrtash Good to hear!! I think the patent makes the handles a little more stiff...thus making them fall! I'm trying to use it more :)

the bottom of the burberry nova check I saw online, has a bottom that shows a criss-cross pattern (same with the small pocket) is it fake?
