- If you are an antique lover then the West End Antiques Mall in Richmond Virginia is the place for you! Torie & I visited one of the best vintage shopping location. This place has some of the most unique treasures I've ever seen. Not mention, this is a MASSIVE Antique Mall that we're pickin' from. You're going to need 3-4 hours to go through the whole thing so make sure to carve out some time before you go. They have something for everyone! There are dealers that cater to the Grandmillennial home decor style, the flea market style and there is no shortage of Mid Century Modern finds. So if your a vintage thrifter junker like me or just trying to find the perfect no-hassle piece for your home, this antique mall is a must! So vintage shop with me in this weeks antiquing video!

Beautiful items/booths at this antique mall, but my goooodnesss, so spendy! And I thought my local Los Angeles antique mall was over priced. I was especially shocked about the rattan furniture. I know it's super popular right now, but those prices are way marked up!
I thought the prices were high in general as well but the price on those pieces were super high. The housing in that area is high-end so that might have something to do with it. Thanks for watching Jennie!

This place is amazing, I try to check it out at least once a month, as I live here. You can find some amazing deals if you shop it often enough!
Fun to shop with you two! Would have picked up a few small pieces myself. I could see using the slate pieces in the kitchen for grocery lists or the week’s schedules.

Didn’t your eyeballs hurt after you were done? My goodness, the variety was simply amazing. Where on earth did those vendors find all of those amazing pieces!
Yup! Had to rest my eyes. I would love to know where these dealers source.
Been there done that. I've bought at auctions, thrift stores, lived with these items. I've also had booths in antique malls. The prices are inflated due to the malls charging so much for a booth. The prices you see are way over priced. When you put these things in your home, people will take notice (to break in and get what they can when you are not home!). Best thing is live simply. Shop simply with things you need. Don't be a slave to things. Those prices just come out of people's heads as a guess. You should see what some of them looked like before they were cleaned up. Nasty. That lamp shade which you called Mother of Pearl, I remember seeing many lamps sold with those shades. They are not so rare. Young ladies, live your life by having friends, traveling, enjoying, eating and experiencing. Don't tie yourself down to "things". I'm older and I've done both. If you must shop for the oddities, go thrifting. It's less expensive. I just want you to have a beautiful life.
Um, you don't know robbers, do you? They don't steal bowls and pitchers, hon, lol. They steal TVs, and computers, and laptops and jewelry. I know because the three times a family member has been robbed, all they took were electronics and jewelry. They don't touch collectibles in any way. No one's going to break into your house and steal your Pyrex.

I'm a regular stalker of West End. I usually start in the other building. I'm surprised you went there to pick. Pretty pricy - but fabulous vendors and product!

Fun shopping! Mike is such a good sport! I saw the chairs that were displayed on the wall and am curious about how they hung them. My chair addiction has gotten out of control and I need to sell some in my booth. Chairs take up so much room😟. Do you have any suggestions on displaying or hanging chairs? Thanks!
He really is a good sport with this stuff. I haven't hung chairs on a wall like that before but I bet Pinterest has a lot of suggestions on how to do it.

I had a very small booth there in a crappy location about 8 years ago... I think my monthly rent was at least $200.
I'm sure it's a lot higher than that now, what with inflation being so out of control.
The "crystal" looking box baccarat does boxes like these I have only found on legit one but they are out there
