I just happened across this video, what a gift! It’s so beautiful to see someone lovingly create such a welcoming space. Kudos to you! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thank you for sharing 😊
INSPIRED! Absolutely amazing job as usual. It’s fun to watch your projects come together because you always add beautiful touches that make your designs unique and never boring. 💚
Monica! Thank you. I as well love your projects and inspirations! can’t wait for your next video. Hope all is great with you and your family and the delivery was good and all that! 😊
Just when I thought you couldn't possibility have one more design element that I fell in love with -- you end with the swirl patterns on patio blocks!!!! First time watcher who is smitten.
Wow thanks! Yes I power washed them into the “dirty” concrete! It really helps me enjoy the space although I wish it were more gardens. I will share some of that process in my next video!
I am so glad that your channel came up on my feed! This is the first video of yours that I have watched and I want to move in now. Just stunning. ❤ Keep the videos coming, I can not wait. 🎉🌸🏆🌺♻️💐🌿🌳🏡
So creative and beautiful! Love that you used your imagination to repurpose material, before buying new.........something I need to begin doing! 💜 Bravo!
It is so good to see your progress and work, using stuff found and recycling. It's refreshing to see step by step and the good with the difficult rather than magically seeing the end product after a professional team has been in and no sweat expended by the so-called gardener. Gives me hope that with hard slog I can turn my garden into a project of joy. Thank you.
Beautiful. You are my landscaping soulmate. I have lived in my current very old home for almost 20 years and have reconfigured my tiny back yard about 7 times using all of your methods. I so enjoyed watching this transformation. And I especially love the fact that you pointed out that living a project that is "done for now." Again, just beautiful.
First time watcher, first time commenter....lol. You should look into 'mulch glue' for your pea gravel! Its a game changer! Beautiful oasis you've created! I attacked my plain back yard this summer after 7 years of design disputes between my left and right brains! I now have a 100'x55' of limestone chunks, fieldstone, gravel, and raw logs, hand hewn barn beam benches, with pond, water fountain, 10x20 deck, pergola and rectangle firepit. All rescued, repurposed, reused materials accept the gravel. 16 weeks, and we are all in, at just under 1000 Dollars! I did 75% of the labor while hubby worked. That coffee at 10pm listening to the water fall down the rocks is the best reward ever!! (Well, and less to mow, lets be honest..😂)
Wow that sounds amazing and impressive. Good work. Some mentioned the mulch glue the other day and I may consider it. I do want to add some additional stones to the driveway. The locked pea gravel is kind of driving me a little crazy.
@@CADEmade saturday, my 11yr old grandson and i went rockhounding down at Big Walnut Creek about 10 min from home. Spent 3 hrs looking for anything that had red, pink, blue, green hues or had fossils or...petrified wood and driftwood. It was such a fun excursion to find free "pieces of interest" to add to our space. We found a few geodes and a couple small chunks of pink quartz crystals that i will polish and wrap in copper wire (from electrical wire pulled from a damaged fuse box at hubby's work 😁) and make a necklace out of them! The best part was that each of us found a rock shaped like a heart! We have a "heart of stone" collection that was started when he was about 4 and found one in our driveway and gave it to me. I have a 4 ft piece of 4×4 post that im gonna sand and stain, and randomly glue the heart rocks all over it, then put a few coats of epoxy on. Hubby will put an eyebolt in the top of it so i can hang it on a shepherd's hook. I found a near perfect limb that i cut into 5 variable lengths. Im going to try to carve something whimsical on the outsides of them, then hollow them out with a huge drill bit and figure out how to rig them with tiny chains. I want wooden wind chimes! Ever tried anything like that?? If so, do share some tips! 🥰 Thanks for sharing your work and artistry!! Ive enjoyed watching!
I just discovered you here on You Tube when looking for inspiration for my backyard! Absolutely beautiful! I will be going back and binge watching past episodes! Thank you for sharing!
I wanted to do things like you have done to my home in the woods in Louisiana. I had so many plans. But I am unable to due to illness. I really enjoy seeing your creations. They are so beautiful. You are very talented. I came across a picture the other day of you in my living room with my two boys and your brother. Y’all were such fun kiddos. You seem like you are living your dream. I am so happy for you. The yard is so relaxing looking. And the fence is gorgeous. Can’t wait to see what you do next. Edit: oh yeah I loooove your windows!!
Your content and projects are really amazing and inspiring. I wish you had more videos since I pretty much just found your channel and binged everything. I don't usually comment, but I would imagine there are a lot of people like myself just quietly getting inspired and motivated by what you do. So thanks and all the best!
Que bien ha quedado .....el toque de privacidad y la madera, como si fuera la entrada a un templo oriental.... Y es verdad, que le hacía mucha falta la barandilla al patio trasero....otro rincón para disfrutar...😊❤❤
Geez! You are UNSTOPPABLE! How is your back? 😆 I love your yard projects! So beautiful full of personal, tasteful style! I wish You were working in MY yard!
I just found your channel! Dang!! Is there anything you can't do ?? Thank God I have tomorrow off, I will be binge-watching all your videos!! You seem like are really talented great guy. Cant wait for future content! ❤
Wow I very much appreciate at! There is plenty of things I’ll try once to see if I can do it… otherwise I leave it to the professionals and experts. Have a great day off!
I love how your outdoor home is coming together & how you’re learning to do stuff on the fly. My house was built in ‘29 & the original garage with sliding barn style doors is hanging in there. It’s built entirely with cedar (sans roof) which is pretty cool these days. But it looks like hell. You’re giving me so much inspiration & ideas for outside. OMG! That slip into the cellar stairwell! 🫣 I’m like you with not asking for help. "I can do this alone" I say just before I fall off the ladder. Honest to gawd, Cade, are the animals (& insects) hired actors? Or are you just this lucky? The cat! A mark of approval no doubt. Your dog is very sweet. BTW, I seem to have a penchant for large, furry white dogs: a Samoyed mix; a Great Pyr; a husky/shepherd. For half my life I seldom wore black. Surely your partner was pleasantly surprised when he got home. Kudos to you for another beautifully done project. P.S. I recently discovered a kind of product called something like mulch glue. It’s sprayed over gravel or mulch to keep it in place. Am mentioning it in case this is new to you too & you find yourself often sweeping that gravel off the stepping stones.
The animals are volunteers 😂😂😂. They just show up! It’s definitely been critter year. I have seen that rock stuff and considered it. I think we may us it after filling more of the space with stone pavers. Thanks for the reminder. Be well friend!
Wow you should be very proud of yourself, you have done a fantastic job and using most of what you already had.. all thats left now is a cold beer in the hand sit back on your deck and admire your work., lol kind regards Australia
Cade, you clever fellow! What a great job you did. Just found your channel today, and subscribed. You are going to do so well in this YT genre. Can’t wait to go back and watch the rest of your videos!
AHHHH LOVE all the projects you have done in your yard. Also your reuse of previously used items. Not wanting to get any one in trouble I will keep my source under my hat........ I have a source for things free that would otherwise be pitched. I have built some amazing areas from mostly free items. Often I have put together such a crazy conglomeration of things it is hard to imagine it would come together. Much more withstand the weight of winter snows. Your projects here are really nice. I just subbed so I can go back through your videos for more ideas.
Thanks for being inspiring and sharing. Love your work and especially your little dance of accomplishment. Just shows creativity comes in numerous ways. Old girl from Oz
Essentially that’s what my plan is… it hasn’t rained so I won’t know if it’s going to do the trick but I did bury the liner of the water garden under the arroyo area. Thanks for watching!
Wow! I just stumbled onto your channel AND you are a BEAST! What a transformation!! From design to build - I’m blown away Not to mention the reuse materials and “dumped” items - mind blown❤
New subscriber here, loved this video! You could probably have made 3-4 videos from all of these great projects but it all comes together to create a truly awesome space! Love your construction uniforms, especially the one piece ;), keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!
I’m so happy I stumbled on this channel…What imagination and creativity you have!! I will be checking out videos for sure. You have a great speaking voice as well.. Oh so beautiful.. love this💕

Good Morning Cade. I LOVE it all. Every single project you do on your amazing home is so fun to watch, You give me ideas on what I want to try out in my home. You inspire me Cade. Enjoy your weekend deezie
Finding all that nice stone!👏👏 A fence builder gave us a tip when we were digging post holes into clay. He said to dig a little than fill up the hole with water and wait for it to be absorbed into the clay. Then dig some more and repeat. His tip was amazing and made short work of 21 post holes!
I’m exhausted, that’s a lot of big projects all turning out lovely.
Been resting since lol 😉
I swear we would be great neighbors. I love the reuse of materials. Great project and video Cade!

Definitely 😉

So much better looking (and safer) with the porch railing.
Heck, I love it all.
Totally safer. It took awhile to talk out the design with Mike and explain what I was hoping to see.
This was very cool. I love what you did with the recycled materials, and it looks beautiful.
Youre a super talented guy! So nice to see someone who is proud of his home and takes care of it!
Absolutely breathtaking and mind blowing 🤯!!! You are a true inspiration! Completely transformed your space!

Very very nice. hope you incorporate a rain garden at the end of your "arroyo".
Essentially that’s what my plan is… it hasn’t rained so I won’t know if it’s going to do the trick but I did bury the liner of the water garden under the arroyo area. Thanks for watching!
Love everything about it ❤

This came out amazing!
Great ideas...beautiful job, well done!
Finding all that nice stone!👏👏
A fence builder gave us a tip when we were digging post holes into clay.
He said to dig a little than fill up the hole with water and wait for it to be absorbed into the clay. Then dig some more and repeat.
His tip was amazing and made short work of 21 post holes!
Thanks for the tip! That’s really smart thinking there… I’ll remember that. Be well!
Really beautiful. Great work. I absolutely love it.
Thank you!
