I loveeee Chiang Mai so much that one month passed easily like a week there… weather is cool.. people are so nice.. food are awesome and the landscape is breathtaking and Sunday market in that road in front of your hotel will be so flabbergasting

Nearly 40% of local cafe-shops been closed due to low tourist. Used to be many amazing foods+ places for chilling. 👍 A city that never lack of local loves. ❤️

I've been living in the beach cities all the time but i love Chaing mai. I wanted to settle there with my family and go to southern for the beaches sometime.

Just one suggestion. I'm finding that I have to watch your videos with the remote in hand to adjust the volume when I watch on TV. I have no idea what is involved in producing videos but if there is anyway to have the music and dialogue at the same volume, that would be very helpful. The music is always much louder than the dialogue. Otherwise, your videos are very enjoyable.

welcome to Chiang Mai
living here for over 2 years now, and love it ... I live just out past the '2nd ring Highway' where it's far more traditional Northern Thailand.
hate to be 'that guy', but two things:
1: you need (should, no one's going to arrest you, although they may ask you to leave, depending on the temple) cover your shoulders when you go into a temple.
2: it's pronounced more like 'Chee iang Mai' and not 'Chang Mai'.
'Chiang' I'm told is old Lanna Thai language for 'city', and 'Mai' means 'New' (ie. New city ... long story on that one.)
where as 'Chang' means 'elephant'. :-)

Hello, I'm from Thailand. I would like to recommend a place to visit for you that is Pang Ung, Kanchanaburi, if you want to be in the middle of the mist on the water surface. With the weather below 10 degrees, you have to go because it's really beautiful.

I may be in minority, but when I was in Chang Mai back in 2019 I did bot like it as much, the air quality was HORRIBLE. And I missed the sea breeze of the coast areas. It has it’s charms, and maybe I should give it more than 10 days. Bangkok left a better impression, personally. That Khao soi tho? Delicious :)
Also we enjoyed the bamboo rafting in the mountains.

Without the temples of the unique Thai style inserted in many cities in Thailand, I found it hard to know precisely whether you are in a locality in VN or Thailand. Oh, the noodle soups you presented are distinguishable from VN counterparts. You are in VN now, in HCM city; I just hope you will find many yummy dishes on the streets as well as in restaurants. I hope you'll spend time in many more cities along the coast which are less chaotic than HCM and have a wonderful time there. Welcome to VN.
