I only cook for 2 as well- and most of the time I just end up cooking for myself because my husband and I eat so different. My suggestion is to make the whole recipe and freeze portions to heat up later. For example, I'" make chili or stew and portion out servings into those little gladware Tupperware type things. Then I just store them in the freezer and pop one in the microwave when I want a bowl later on in the week or even month. It's so much cheaper than tv dinners and much healthier too!!

If you ever have extra chilli you can always freeze it and it lasts a really long time!! When you are ready to use it again you just like defrost it. My parents always do it so they make a big batch and we have like a go to chilli dinner for the next month. And we put turkey in our chilli and it is still great tasting after being in a freezer for 2 weeks!! Definitely not always ideal but a great time saver and also you don't waste it :)
I have that same pale pink dress from asos. I think its too beautiful for the beach, so I wear a lacy white slip underneath and it looks so pretty for date night! plus the slip hugs to your body, so you don't look too frumpy with the flow dress.
Only one suitcase or it doesn't count! 😂 I still don't know how we did that...
