You guys are so transparent and relatable, makes us feel like we're there with you. Thank you and looking forward to leave the marinas and new adventures!
Thanks for the honest talk! Add the refit timing with what you have been through the past year (new baby and pandemic) and you two are amazingly resilient!
Wow - - that ending!! Right on Ben - 'thumbs up and a head nod' to that peaceful sight!! You are a BLESSED Man - and you know it! And - you three WILL make it through the next month fairly easily... We've got your back.
Thanks for these videos. Few days ago lost my mom suddenly. She always told me to enjoy life and if there is something you want to do, go do it as tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
I'M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU GUYS BACK!!! I wasn't sure if you guys had put together a video from old footage but then I saw your beautiful little baby and was super happy! Watching you try to make the best of it in Canada actually got me down, the little monohull boat, the weird looking fish, the bad weather and gray..lack of sunshine, the quiet, the lack of other people, it was all depressing! So that's why I'm so happy to see you back!!! YAAAAAY!!!!! 👣 WELCOME BACK!!!!
Thanks for sharing the not so glamorous side of ocean sailing. You guys have made me even prouder to be Canadian since your arrival in Thailand. I followed you here and there before the pandemic but when you guys sailed the little boat I became totally hooked. Good luck on getting things done ASAP. And a Belated Happy 1st Birthday to Willa, what an amazing life you guys are giving her!!!
Your candor and complete explanations of how all this Worx is very refreshing. You give us a true understanding of the difficulties and costs involved and then show us the beauty of what gets to be seen sailing.
I appreciate the realism you offer coupled with the ability to recognize, understand, and appreciate what it is you have because you *know* the vision of it is anchored in truth. That isn’t because of the boat, the upgrades, the tuna, the channel, or the experiences. Instead all of these things are only possible because of the people you are surrounded by. That is the “why” and it is why it is enjoyed. That may be one of the most important things. Ultimately you seem to be grounded in people being people to other people and your idea of that is genuine and pure. I feel that I can say this because you’ve shared your truths and that is why I can believe it and root for you. It’s is apparent in the look of understanding in the thumbs up at the end. Either that or you’ve got great editing skills. Happy for you.
What i envy most is the courage you've shown to do this and follow your passion and dream. Too many people, me included, lack the courage and/or willing to face to risks to LIVE rather than just be alive......
Love the brutal honesty and willingness to share. Whether we live on land or at sea, the majority of us are forced to grapple with financial challenges that life invariably throws at us. Good to see you guys making it work and keeping the dream alive.
Love love love your videos and story!!! Always following along and cheering the three of you. Don’t forget ‘ye old pirate adage’...”It’s all fun and games until someone needs an eye patch.”
Hi....really enjoy the lifestyle you have created for yourselves. You didnt actually answer your own question "how do we pay for all this?" You answered, that you put it on the credit card and have a line of credit. What viewers would like to know is how then to you pay the credit card bill? You Tube? Patreon? Savings?
Thank you for your honesty and transparency in regards to sailing. So many just show you the glorious side and no one has a completely glorious life 100% of the time! I appreciate this video!
This is so true. Babies sleep in the same position as their parents. So sweet! Wishing you blessings in your repairs and rest for the calm journey ahead!🪂⛵
Best sailing channel! Appreciate the honesty! Makes you feel so much more connected to hear reality. We are cheering for you living many of our “dreams”!
Hitting the donation site right now. You guys provide all of us entertainment and inspiration. Happy to chip in and hopefully everyone else feels the same.
I’ve been watching your videos for a year now... life has seasons... and this bad season will go away ... everything will be all right and soon, the good season will start 🙏🏻👏🏻🌺🥰
the endgame. don't forget the endgame is also providing your 310K subs with such fine and fun entertainment. hope you realize what a blast we have at this end. can't wait until you're doing your thing in a month but this is swell to watch anyways. haha....i'm in thailand, i have the identical u.s. flag screwdriver. thanks for another dandy show.
I LOVE YOU GUYS. I’m glad to see you guys back in the water. I have to say I am worried about you guys especially with the baby; whether it be the unpredictable ocean, or unforgiving pirates when your travelling. I really hope you guys stay safe out there. Xx Much love From Vancouver
Thank you for sharing your life with us. Thank you for being honest in what you share. Wishing you all the best in your refitting. I always look forward to your weekly updates.
OMG.... "Here's some tape. It's really good tape!" lmao... this reminds me of my kids! Man you two are so fun. I LOVE your vids. I've almost watched them all. Keep up the good work! I live vicariously through you!
Keep your heads up guys, it will all be worth it in the long. Image the stories you can tell your children, never mind the videos you can show them. And the experience of a lifetime!
Thanks for this video. We are finally at the end of our refit and can completely relate to the emotions you go through that attack your enthusiasm. The battle to keep positive, hopeful, and excited are real. Keep on keeping on!
You have thousands of people rooting for you, myself included. Parley Revival, another sailing RUclipsr have a saying, " You'll be more disappoint by the things that you didn't do than the things that you did." When you're old & grey I think you're going to be happy with your choices...
Exactly . This is one of the reasons that i did buy a boat again after 20 plus years without . Working , close to finished , on a re engine job . Never had a moment of doubt though .
I dont think it's a hump but it's blessing to have Willa get prepared for the Next ocean crossing, Lucky Willa what an experience at that age, Willa will be a great person. Thank you for sharing this beautiful journey with us.
Yup it’s been said b/f but ur genuineness is excellent. Ur already 300k subs. May it grow so u can just sail on forever. I totally understand the boat thing. I live in a truck camper chasing storms for snowboarding 7 months of the year. But when I break down I don’t drift for miles I just wait for AAA! But yeah I call mine a land boat since there is ALWAYS something to fix. Be well, a little depression seems pretty normal during ur refits. I practiced as a Colorado licensed Buddhist psychotherapist for 20 years in Boulder. Meditation can be very helpful for mild depression. Just a simple concentration practice may be of help. And yoga of course. Stay human, be well.
What a timely video as we are 4 months into a DIY refit of our new boat abroad. We just hired some trades to speed things up because we’re soooooo tired of working on her and just want to start sailing. Thanks guys, it’s not just us feeling this way.
The best of the video was the end... finish the video with the both tressures of your life sleeping in the same way was the best, God bless you 3 and God speed.
Hey good to see more Canadians in Phuket. I am a Canadian and been living here for 6 years now. I am planning to do exactly what you guys are doing. I just came across your channel. Bin watching your travels...keeps my desire it tacked.
Seeing you guys work so hard motivates me to work just as hard when I'm not feeling too luxurious. Also about your baby, don't worry she'll be fine. I grew up playing with definitely "dangerous" objects and jumping around on dangerous heights/ledges. You live and learn, but be careful. She might start a hurricane inside your boat.
Spending for safety is a wise decision. Hope everything will go smoothly. Can't wait to watch your videos in the middle of the ocean with Willa😊 I'm a fan from Philippines🇵🇭
Its nice to see you guys smiling and happy. very little baby time on this one but your doing everything right so no headaches later. Cheers from White Rock, BC
We are preparing our boat too, it is not easy. We are still working full time, and the costs can be staggering. But we gotta keep the eye on the prize! And that is...the beautiful FREEDOM cruising offers 🤠
OMG! I laughed so hard.... What were you thinking? I so enjoy you guys, and can't wait til you're back on blue water. It's going to be a fine adventure!
This is hands down one of my favorite ones that you all have done since you guys left the camper that y'all had anyway my point was is that y'all look happy again I'm sorry y'all are going through all this I'm praying for you God bless you for my family to yours thanks for the the videos we enjoy on no matter what LOL we can't get out on the water World jealous go girl thank you
..... just a different life path from the majority .. there are always bills and repairs ... good on you for following your vision and dreams ... and starting Willa out with one hell of an life education ... hats of to you three .. thx for sharing .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....
I love you guys! You guys are so awesome! Living the dream. No matter what, you are doing it! Life on land can be hard too! But it's what you make of it.
Ashley and Willa sleeping in nearly the same position was quite a nice way to end the video. I hope the rest of your refit goes smoothly!
Bastard!-Made me cry it was so beautiful.
Knowing adventurers like you guys go through similar things and a similar "game" is reassuring. Thanks for being transparent with everything.
15 minutes and 34 seconds in, that's what it's all about... May the Lord continue to bless you all's journey... Willa has gotten so big.
You guys are so transparent and relatable, makes us feel like we're there with you. Thank you and looking forward to leave the marinas and new adventures!
I'm pleased you are making headway. Your honesty and humour are strangely satisfying hallmarks of your creative work.
Life happens when we’re busy making other plans.
Hang in there guys, you’re almost there.
Yeah, I’m super stoked for the three of you!
Thanks for the honest talk! Add the refit timing with what you have been through the past year (new baby and pandemic) and you two are amazingly resilient!
Such a realistic Video... Thank you so much... Truth is better than just PR entertainment... You guys are winners!
Wow - - that ending!! Right on Ben - 'thumbs up and a head nod' to that peaceful sight!! You are a BLESSED Man - and you know it!
And - you three WILL make it through the next month fairly easily... We've got your back.
One day at a time. Y’all are going to be alright. Just think of what your going to show that precious child of yours.
God bless y’all

Keep going strong guys ... love that shot at the end of mum and daughter sleeping and dad happy :-) Much love from Dave in the UK
I'll binge watch all your video just to support you guys. No skipping of ads. Will just keep it playing on the background.
Thanks for these videos. Few days ago lost my mom suddenly. She always told me to enjoy life and if there is something you want to do, go do it as tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
The last minute was priceless... what we’re you thinking giving a screwdriver 🪛 to a baby. Daughter and mother sleeping in the same manner.❤️
Love how transparent you two are-it’ll be really exciting once you depart into living your vision! Willow is the cutest baby-you’re So lucky!
I wasn't completely sold on you guys until the screwdriver comment......love you now :)
You two are killin' it! Love your humor and style. Such a treat to watch your journey.
Watching you from Kelowna, BC! My husband and I are 18 months from "Civilization, see ya later!" Can't wait to see you out there.

You guys are awesome and I can’t wait to see you sailing! Much love from Alaska, USA!
The good times you guys are having are so worth all the down times, never give up....
The look of content on Ben's face at the end was really wholesome.
Thanks for sharing the not so glamorous side of ocean sailing. You guys have made me even prouder to be Canadian since your arrival in Thailand. You guys are the REAL. Keep keeping it REAL and i believe people will keep watching you.
Your candor and complete explanations of how all this Worx is very refreshing. You give us a true understanding of the difficulties and costs involved and then show us the beauty of what gets to be seen sailing.
Love you guys being so open, fair winds and following seas .
Its the game of life. Thanks for entertaining thousands of us. We certainly appreciate you. God Bless.

Greetings from a fellow Canadian!! Keep up the good fight. It's just great to see all three of you back on Nahoa!!!!
Incredible journal....you are on the adventure of many lifetimes....we are all living vicariously through you.

Love love love your videos and story!!! Always following along and cheering the three of you. Don’t forget ‘ye old pirate adage’...”It’s all fun and games until someone needs an eye patch.”
Needed a patch because a gull crapped in his eye, that was day after he got his hook for his chopped off hand

Thanks for the realism. I am also sure that the techs are happy for the work right now. The closing scene was just epic. 👍👍
Beautiful video! Thank you for the adventure and honesty. Our family used to judge our budget by how many times a week we had spaghetti for dinner.
What matters is the positive mindset. Go on guysss!!
