Great folding technique. I know that your recipes are tried, tested and very precise, but I don’t have access to bao flour. Could it be swapped for an alternative like plain, bread or cake flour?
Try cake flour, or any other flour that has protein content around 8%.
Can I Triple all the ingredient for 3x more. Or do I put less/more of a certain ingredients if I want more?
Hi Michael 🙋♀️. Can I use All purpose flour instead of Bao Flour? I haven’t seen Bao flour in stores. I like the bbq pork filing or chicken and shiitake mushroom filing . I would try it with minced pork filling. Thanks for this tutorial!
