    Mr. Lim everything you made is beautiful and easy to follow and delicious 😊. I wish I can eat this is one of my favorite to eat until I had celiac. But sometimes I make for husband and friend and I cheat once in a blue moon and suffers after 😂😌 it’s just so hard to resist. When someone like me that like authentic food taste.

    How would this recipe change if you don't have a machine? How long should you mix it for? And is it better to use a spatula or a whisk? Also, if I use all-purpose flour instead, should I use the same amount of flour? (thanks for helping this novice cook

    Great folding technique. I know that your recipes are tried, tested and very precise, but I don’t have access to bao flour. Could it be swapped for an alternative like plain, bread or cake flour?

      Try cake flour, or any other flour that has protein content around 8%.

    Hi Michael 🙋‍♀️. Can I use All purpose flour instead of Bao Flour? I haven’t seen Bao flour in stores. I like the bbq pork filing or chicken and shiitake mushroom filing . I would try it with minced pork filling. Thanks for this tutorial!
