The Abdul Latif Jameel Management Trainee Program, (or MTP) is a global accelerated talent development initiative, aimed at strategically hiring the best international talent from some of the worlds leading schools and universities.
Nurturing young talent has been party of Abdul Latif Jameel's approach for nearly eight decades. Today, we speak to George Wang Heng (王恒) who joined Abdul Latif Jameel as a trainee.
