Congratulations on passing the interview dear, don’t worry too try to contact the embassy via call or email . Also the embassy should have provided you with shipping company details maybe you contacted them as well to find out about your passport.

Pick the U.S Embassy closest to the fiancé who will be doing the interview. You can do that when filing the DS-160 if I remember correctly , don’t hold me to it .

No I didn’t renew nor extend it, but you can apply for a social security number before the i-94 expires

Do they give you something to travel back with to pass the border?
They give you your passport and a shipping address for you to send back the passport for a visa stamp.

You have to have a K1 visa interview first before it can be approved. Do you mean the petition (I-129F ) was approved?
