I guess u can talk about reservations in India, but in US, they review ur application in a more holistic manner and u get accepted based on ur merit. Also, A degree from US will help your resume stand out among other applicants when u come back to your home country and apply in India as the US education system is globally renowned.

You don’t have to write anything on I20, I said if visa officer asks about funds, you have to show/tell the amount greater that what’s mentioned on your I20

How do we answer about funding if we are going on education loan only and have no major savings?
I had a similar situation, so I tried luck and said I have some savings whereas in reality I didn’t, so the best option would be you keep some backup.

No most probably you won’t need anything of those documents, maybe he might just ask you questions on your previous job experience.
