I’m 11 mos out from an accident that resulted in a major posterior hip repair where 2 muscles were also removed. I was/am a 63 year old female struggling to get myself back to active. Thank you for this video.

I've been really stretching my hips/pelvis by by sort of doing the splits but on my knees, at 40 and not done regular exercise for years it's painful but feels good after, I was doing this with my legs up resting on the wall and my legs started shaking, not shaking cause they were getting tired but a, weird sort of shaking that freaked me out a bit, I also woke up last night with a weird tingling and energy in my lower back and legs... This has only happened after a, few days of spending a good hour at a time of stretching my pelvis hamstrings, any idea what it is? I had a similar feeling when doing deep breathing a while back.... Like an energy building in my lower back

Sometimes prolonged stretching can be too much pressure on the low back, when coming from stretching inconsistently. General advice is to ease into stretching starting with just a few minutes, then slowly building while being attentive to how much the body can tolerate.

This isn’t a weight loss channel. However, all she needs to do is reduce her daily calorie intake. Slowly the excess fat will burn off……

Hi there really hoping you can help me. Do you have any advice for extensor tendonitis on top of the foot? Any help would be much appreciated as I'm struggling with this injury and could really use some advice. Wishing you all the best & thanks so much!

    Hi there…..
Do you guys have any experience with Ischial Tuberosity Bursitis?
I’ve been suffering with it for almost 10 years…. It’s getting worse every year.

Haha I'm so unflexible, my back automatically lifts up if I push my legs straight on the wall using my hands.
If I push my hips to the floor, then my knees automatically bend.
Hamstrings are so tight it's one or other.

Hi Juan, many people with tightness may benefit from moving their body a little further away from the wall to start.

@@martinzavala5888 Yes, there are many unintended benefits, like stretching the low back!
