Great to see some good original footage of them. Those baggy peg top trousers bring back memories, my older brother got called a 'poof' at a punk gig for wearing them I got I called a 'soul boy'.
A blaze in their eyes Death is their glory Oh the honor so great The safe or esteem? To relive the stories Spitting tales of hate Smashing and crashing Escape the terrain Count up the mem'ries We'll go back again For the honor I don’t ask why Her majesty's pleasure's my honor to die For - my - country For - my - country A blaze in the fields Their death is my glory Oh, for the regal return To swim in the blood To see the blood of champagne To see the home fires burn
Saw this band many times in London 81 / 82 , even saw them play the Batcave when it first opened. There was always an element of violence and menace around them. Probably due to the crew from Luton they used to bring down with them.
correct me if I'm wrong but the logo on the stage behind them would mean this was at the Music Machine in London, and wouldn't that mean this was the Dead Kennedy's tour? I suspect I am right as I recall being there!
UK Decay have reformed ! They have been headlining punk festivals around europe for the last two years, including my friend Spon, Eddie Branch and Abbo, who recently married Cerys Matthews in some style! Still sound fresh and great as ever....see them! Also they have their own (wonderful) website.

Looking forward to catching them at Rebellion this weekend!
Saw them support 999 and the outcasts at the lyceum, 80's.
