Interesting to see the original title of "Shattered" here. Great stuff, as always. Thank you for posting this.

The Peel Session version is called Glass Ice and this is three months before the album was released, so Glass Ice is the original title

Was this ever released on CD. If not I hope is is soon? For Madmen Only remains one of my favourite albums, the 7inch version of Unexpected Guest still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. I thoroughly regret not going to see UK Decay play at the Gala Ballroom in Norwich way back in the early 80s.....though I might have been 15 at the time and my parents would not have been happy with me hitching to Norwich.

Three of the tracks are on the Death So Fatal compilation, all except Glass Ice aka Shattered, along with two of the tracks from their first session. Not sure how easy it is to track down though. Saw them at Futurama 3 in 1981. Very good! Was only 16 and had to hitch-hike on my own to Stafford from Truro. Long way, but worth it! On the way back an elderly lady in a mini called Hilda Murrell gave me a lift down as far as Bristol. She was chatting about CND and her nephew who was high up in Naval Intelligence. She was murdered a couple of years later.

@@Vibracobra23_Original I knew you had to be a 60's child! Takes one to know one, as they say. Hitching...whatever happened to that? I used to meet crazy people that way. OMG, the roads are full of them...I just answered my own question! Sad about your lady driver. I've only just come across UK Decay as I was put off by the name. Bizarre really as I love UK Subs and this is more my genre! Thanks for your continued uploading! Blessings to you!
