Even though cooking reduces lectin, larger amounts of its consumption can lead to adverse reactions, such as gut wall damage, diarrhea, vomiting, and impaired functionality in absorbing nutrients. So, it may not be good for all people to take this recipe regularly. The second recipe would taste good, but the sugar content in it would be a problem for diabetes or pre-diabetic patients. The almond skin is also a problem as it has a high amount of lectins. Better use blanched almonds (skin removed).
Barley is costly, can't afford common people.yes, drinking barley water is good for passing urine clearly. Boil 1 tsp barley in half litre of water, boil for some time and after cooling, filter and drink that water.

Yes, you can eat as choru with Moru curry and any curry. Eat as choodu kanji and Pazhankanji. Add some hot water to make choodu kanji. Glycemic index is very low too.
