PSP go has essentially the same process, you’d just select that version on the website. I have video of hacking the psp go on the channel as well

Nope. You don’t need to connect the psp to the internet at all

To connect your PSP with your PC you need a USB cable. Or you can use a USB memory card reader (for microSD). If you don't have that, you can mod it with wifi. There's a guide here on YT how to do that. However, I would always use a USB cable. It's a lot easier, I think.
