For me, it was to enter the wifi box's settings and split it up the dual 2.4/5GHz network into 2.4 and 5, so one could pick 1 of 2. I chose the 2.4 and it worked for me.
Followed all the steps to no avail, tried ios and android and the phone just spins on connecting to the D10s wifi when trying to sync it up to the home wifi.
Unfortunately, for the moment, I don't have other steps to provide... My advice here would be: - Double checking the box wifi is in 2.4Ghz - Full reset the robot wifi settings - Full reset the Xiaomi home application (empty cache and delete datas, uninstall and reinstall) - Full reset the smartphone's connection's settings - Make sure the box, the robot and the smartphone are as close as possible and try again If you have other smartphone's to try with (friends, family) it could help too (they can then add your phone in the Xiaomi app)
If it's not working after all the mentioned solutions, maybe you can try a factory reset. The reset button is next to the wifi indicator. With a pin, press and hold the button until you hear a message about factory reset. Then you can try to fully uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone and try again. If it's still not working, I would try to return it with the warranty. I hope this will help!
Thanks for your answer. I tried it all. The problem is it used to work but I changed the router and the wifi supplier and now it is not working. :( It is a really infuriating situation.@@MasterSpotlightVideo
Hello, Sorry, never had this issue. Have you tried to explore the plans management options? If the connection to wifi is well established, the map should create
I tried everything and after about 2 hours it finally worked on another device. Once connected you can do everything else from your own device so worth asking a friend if you don't have a spare. Thanks!
Hello, I do not own the same model as yours. On mine, the dreame d9, it's the vacuum robot that connects to the wifi router from my internet provider's box. If it's the same thing for you, you can try searching on Google "how to change the wifi password of ...." Followed by your internet provider's name or box name. I hope this will help!
As for my situation the crucial clue was to empty the app's cache. Haven't been thinking of that and had been struggeling for days with my beloved Dreame. Wasn't his fault. Thank you, Sir.

My d9 max r2312a doesn't create or save any maps after doing fast mapping or cleanup tasks. Any idea why? My connection is established and fine

I'm glad this video helped
The voice is not working when I try to connect the Wi-fi
Hello,
🤔I never had this problem
I will check if I can find a solution
Reset WIFI and then what exactly ?
Hello,
The "reset wifi" action is to be done before each attempt of the different solutions mentioned
I did all the steps and it went GREAT! Thank you sooooooo much!
Hello, thanks for your feedback! I'm glad it works for you!
Hello, i try to reset but it’s not getting reset or talk at all
Hello,
If the robot does not work at all and can't be reset, I think the best option here is to return it in warranty...
I bought the device 5 days ago and it’s not connecting all the the the lights are flashing and warranty doesn’t accepty because i didn’t keep the box
@@ElifNurKuzkaya I don't know if a full factory reset could work in your case... It seems pretty bad
Sorry to hear that
Cleared the app cache and restarted the robot and it worked fine. Thank you for the video.
Thank you for your comment!
What finally helped me was moving the robot right next to the router 😳 with the previous router I never had to do that
Thanks for your comment!
I'm happy it worked for you!
