Don't Take it to the track!It runs 8's til you take it to the track.Then it's a 9.50 car with the it has to power(ha ha).Dont go.

Good to see you enjoying the ride. I have a buddy that recently went a 9.17 with the front wheels pretty high in the air on the launch. He has not even tried the launch control yet!
That's encouraging! Our local track doesn't to stellar prep on TNT days, so I'm hoping with the trans brake tuning I can dial it in to do decent.

Our track opens this Friday, I’ll be taking my 2022 Challenger Hellcat out.
Very cool how the race functions work. The missing sunroof will be something I’ll need to get used to. I could tell if you had a good launch by how much the sun shade moved backwards. Now we will notice by the Grunt & facial expressions in the Baddest Mopar ever built! This is going to be good. Appreciate you sharing this in detail & looking forward to the much anticipated drag racing videos.🦾🤘👍😉

No way speedy got demon 170 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I have 600 miles on my Sublime Demon 170 and it runs exclusively on E85. I have been playing with tire pressure 18 - 24 psi hot and this car won't hook up from a 2nd or 3rd gear roll. I've tried it in 45 deg and 70 deg ambient temps and still can't hook it up. My Champion plugs were varying in gaps from .029 - .035, I changed them all out for NGK 2309 gapped @ .026 car runs much smoother. Not sure if ambient temps need to be up over 80 deg to get traction or if a 15 inch conversion is required. This car is a death trap under wot on the street imo.
I'm keeping an eye on the plug thing. So far mine isn't doing anything odd so we'll see. The 2309s are a good plug.
Alot of the demon 170 are starting to have issues....I think people not driving and putting away.....will be out of warranty and will have issues not covered.
What issues? Only thing I've heard is some are having spark plug problems but that's pretty minor.
@SpeedysGarage heard electrical problems,spark plug issues and rear suspension flexibility causing rear tires to hit front of lower fender when launching, also unconnect not loading pages.....was going to trade in my 19 challenger hellcat redeye but the outrageous markups and then heard a guy saying his demon would stall out while driving but not fully where he was able to keep moving.....so got a little gun shy....I think they rushed alot of these builds and some things were missed.....but it still is an amazing vehicle and glad to see you got one for more great videos.
Good to know, so far mines not had any problems (knock on wood). I did hear people tried to put 315/55R17 tires on them and had some kind of contact, but never could confirm. A little bigger tire would help if it'll fit.
You have 100 miles on the car.... doesn't seem like you enjoy driving it to much 😂
