Morning Craig, I just wanted to share with you my good news. I have been dealing with depression for a while an it eventually ruined my relationship. Three weeks ago she left. I was totally destroyed. But i started watching your videos and started no contact straight away. I am now in therapy and in the last three weeks i have managed to turn my life around. Im back to work, physically and mentally improving myself daily. My ex messaged me yesterday and said she was in town and wanted to pop in. I said i was working but yes pop in and if I'm not too busy we can have a coffee. She turned up and I was cool as a cucumber even though inside i was dying as it was all still a little fresh. She was her normal bubbly self. She talked about our time together and said how wonderful it all was and it was such a shame that it was over. I kept my interest level below hers as you suggested and when the time was right i said i need to get back to work. When she left my anxiety about everything bubbled up and I realised that i was never going to get over her unless i walked away and gave myself time and space to do so. Anyway last night i had my therapy session and my therapist told me i needed to speak to her to tell her how I felt and that for me to get back on top of things I needed to tell her how her actions and behaviour was affecting me. So i called her last night and said we need to talk. I know, i know i broke non contact but my situation is slightly different in the fact that I am trying to over come depression and the situation with my ex was stopping me from doing that. If that wasn't the case i would have continued no contact. So she said yes and when she turned up she burst into tears. When i asked her what was wrong she said that I know why you have called me over. Why I asked...Because you need to lose me from your life so that you can move on. So i said, how do you feel about that.....well she completely opened up and said that she still doesn't know why she ended it. She was listening to what everyone else thought was the best thing to do and that she hadn't stopped thinking about me and was stalking my Facebook page and checking my whatsapp to see when i was last online. She missed me like mad and was completely miserable without me. I just said "I know its been tough, glass of wine"? Boom we are now off to the races.We talked for another hour then made dinner together and she stayed over last night. We are back together and today we start developing a new an improved relationship. For those of you reading this, i know i have broken some of the rules but my friends have given me a lot of insight in to how she has been feeling and I knew that taking this bull by the horns would work for me. Also remember that I did no contact the proper way and spent our time apart really working on myself. Moving forward I will be letting her do the chasing. She has already tried to organise times for us to meet up this week and I turned down all but one day. Remember if she is chasing you she isn't interested in anyone else. She broke my heart so she has to do some work. I have also learnt so much about myself and I really have made some changes in my life and I am now confident in myself not to make the same mistakes as before. Craig I can't thank you enough and I am now going to start watching your other videos on how to make this relationship work long term and to continue to developing myself. Craig.....you the man. It is a smashing one off guide for finding the best method to get your ex begging to take you back minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy at last got cool results with it.

I've looked online, for a particular topic. Perhaps there isn't much on this topic , as you have said, every relationship is different. I have spotted something about it in a forum, but I'm not sure if they was a why connected to it. We have had emails in the past , and thought this might be a topic for a video. My ex and I have been separated for 10 months. We've crossed paths many times , usually with the kids close. Last week was our first real date. We went to a concert, dinner after and we had an hour driving both ways. Soo the topic I can't find is about, when their words say no, but their actions say yes. I use your tools. I barely talk to her.. but she keeps bubbling up . I live my life, talk to other people. But during this date she keeps saying she's not ready but touched me all night.. not groping, but the kind of touching that happens on first dates.. touching my arm.. my back, leaning into me. So the band played a song that kind of spoke to our situation.. I just momentarily put my arm around her, and kissed the top of her head.. I'm a foot taller. I could see her smile.. we left the concert, she grabbed my hand and said I don't want to lose you in the crowd. We then went to dinner and after a couple wine she said she wants to be ready, but doesn't know how... I didn't say much. I just listened. Im not so hurt about it anymore but I do love her. So after we left.. she fell a sleep. I have a truck with a bench seat. She put her head on my lap and I stroked her head the whole way home.. there does seem to be a positive shift but it's just very confusing.. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.. why do people seem to fight their concious and subconscious self?

Maybe coach Craig can do a topic regarding the coldness and reasons behind it 😁 I was in the similar situation where the ex ghosted and wouldn't talk, it's horrible. I'm sure there's more to it. And I believe Craig is right if you show up at his door you'll show weakness and you might even annoy him or push him away even further. With my ex, even weeks she did respond but the coldness remained and stronger too so I'm fucking puzzled.
same here. my ex ghosted me. when i text her she reply with coldness but now she ignore all of my text.. really don't know the reason why it all happened.

But he was the one who cared the most and got angry when I was not able to reply or call him but know he says he is feeling boring in the Relationship he don't want to talk also .💔

Craig If you come on too strong early in the dating process to a point where a girl tells you to not get false hopes and blocks you on Facebook.. but after you had sex (and both parties being young) what is the best way going forward to remove this negative impression because we live in the same town and may end up going to the same college. I don't want her back but I wanna delete this creepy, needy, negative impression and show her I'm a very casual and confident guy who doesn't need her at all so she can be sure I'll never have a go at her again and things won't be awkward.
I mean that men follow their fathers regarding their behaviour in the relationship and girls their mothers because they saw them behaving with each other when they are little, Is that true or false? got it?
