Thank you Jimmy! Your panel is the best!
Hi Jimmy, I've been using Raya Pro since January 2016 and I've also purchased your video tutorials. I wanted to thank you for such great products and value. I always recommend them to my friends. I love how you packed so many features in it yet everything is weIl organized and doesn't look overcrowded. I can't wait to try version 5. I hope you will be releasing some videos as usual to explain the new features.
Sat here editing the last few days shots using Rayo Pro 4, can't wait for 5.
Thank you Jimmy! I love your panels!
This is an amazing tool. I have been using your Easy Panel for a loong time. And now I have decided to buy it for real :) keep up the good work Jimmy :)
Thank you Jimmy! Great news.
Can't wait for 5.0, Thanks Jimmy.

@@JimmyMcIntyre i just saw the email in my inbox for RayaPro 5 upgrade - perfect!!!.
Looking forward to this Jimmy - superb stuff !!
Brilliant stuff Jimmy, downloaded and installed it already. Just need to be allowed to go out and capture images to use with it now. 👍
Great news Jimmy, i been using Raya Pro since the first version! for my opinion is the best Panel ever, also Lumi 32 is awesome, Thank you for everything!
Many thanks Jimmy. Great software and great generosity providing free updates.
Who the heck was unkind enough to give a thumbs down?
I suspect they aren't Raya Pro users :)
Awesome @JimmyMcIntyre !
Great stuff just downloading, and also the course at such a great deal how can I not. Cheers Jimmy
Thank you Jimmy for your incredible and dedicated work. Raya Pro is a fantastically useful software for editing photos in Photoshop, it's simply one of the best out there. Thank you for keeping it updated and also making it affordable so people from less affluent countries can purchase it (and your courses too). Take care! :)
Thank you, Jimmy!!
Established Landscape photographer here. I have been using Photoshop for a long time but Layer Masks as explained in many of your videos here in RUclips are hard to wrap my mind around them. Some missing information in my brain I guess. Just got your courses to see if I can't find the missing pieces. I have created many actions of my own design and I am an IT person as well so tech is not a problem for me. I am sure it is something simple that once I break that barrier it will all make sense. I understand the zone system, I see the masks but getting meaningful changes from the masks made ....well still a struggle for me. Guessing this info once gotten will be the next level boost I need. Will keep chuggin away at it. Thanks for all you do.
Amazing Jimmy keep safe man!
great stuff! huge fan of this software! :) Lumi 32 is awesome as well! :) Thanks a million for the continued support f all your software! :)
My pleasure!
Thank you!
fantastic
Thank you 🙏
I purchased raya pro a couple years ago and completely forgot about it. I’ve been doing single exposure sunset/sunrise drone photos. Will Raya Pro help the editing process?
Here you go. This might help: ruclips.net/video/tiNCB3s6gt0/видео.html
I need it for blending mostly real estate photos and balance corectly the light that coming from windows. You think that your program will help me to that? Is it any trial version to see if its really works before i buying it? Thank you in advance.
Hi there,
This will help with blending interiors which is demonstrated in the Exposure Blend Like and Expert course, but in scenes of extreme high contrast, you must use appropriate lighting so that there are fewer stops of difference between your exposures. The more stops, the harder the blend regardless of the exposure blending method.
That's great news, I've not long had Rya Pro and just getting used to it. How do I update from 4 to 5?
Hi there,
I sent an email to the address you used when purchasing today. Please search that email for anything from Jimmy McIntyre. It should be there.
Thanks
@@JimmyMcIntyre thanks will check that out tomorrow.
How to reinstall Raya pro 5? :D. My sharpen and resize for web is not working ( strange because the rest of Filters and Finish tab working fine), so i want to try reinstall, maybe it would help
Hi Tomas, this is an issue with the latest PS update. We are working on a fix now.
i have purchased Raya Pro 4.when I will receive the email to update to version 5? thanks in advance.
Hi there, I'm sending all users the update, but it will take a few hours to send it to everyone, so please check the email you used to purchase Raya Pro in the next 24 hours.
Upgrade successful. I didn't see instructions for removing RP4. Do I just delete the 8 RP4 folders?
Hi Ralph,
It was in the download but I think you may have watched the wrong video. In the Raya Pro Hub, click the Delete RP button then press OK when the
pop up appears. From there, delete any folder with 'Raya' and '4' in the title and also InstaMask 3 in the name inside the new extension folders that appear. Restart Photoshop and that should be it
Is Raya Pro 5 a replacement for Lumi32 or a add-on. Should I keep both?
RP5 is a separate piece of software to Lumi32, so you should have both installed. Thanks
maybe it's just too busy right now but I'm getting "Error establishing a database connection" when I try
Yep, lot of traffic at the minute. Should be okay later on. Thanks
@@JimmyMcIntyre Nay bother I'll try later thanks for the update mate
all good this morning Jimmy installed an all thanks for the free update!
Hey Jimmy,
I bought a 5daydeal couple of years ago (I think it was 2017) and got Raya Pro 2.0 and one of your courses.
I guess that does not include the free upgrade (no worries if not, I'll get it anyway)?
Sadly, not. This is only for users who've purchased the panel independently. Thanks.
@@JimmyMcIntyre Thank you for the headsup!
You said in the dowloaded video that people with version 2 or below should start from scratch but I couldn't find anywhere that showed me how to uninstall Raya Pro 2.0 to start the process.
Hi there,
It was in the download but I think you may have watched the wrong video. In the Raya Pro Hub, click the Delete RP button then press OK when the
pop up appears. From there, delete any folder with 'Raya' in the title that is not 'Raya 5' inside the new extension folders that appear. You may also need to delete a folder named RP - Manual Install. Restart Photoshop and that should be it
Jimmy McIntyre Thank you for the reply. What exactly is the Raya Pro Hub? Is it the zip folder we download from the link in the email you provided us? The only think I see in that folder are the 2 options(new installation and updating existing Raya Pro). Within those folder I couldn’t find anything labeled Delete RP. I have to upgrade from Raya Pro 2.0
@@colette8022 ignore the Delete RP step. Go to the 02. New Installation folder, Then the correct folder for your version of PS, then watch the installation video in there. You will see that since you do not have RP3 or 4 installed you do not need to press Delete RP. Just follow the instructions in the video.
Jimmy McIntyre I see. I must have missed that when all my concentration was on waiting for you to talk about how to delete prior ones. I’ll go back an watch it again.
Hello
is it compatible with photoshop 2020 ? Thank you
