I couldn’t agree with you guys more. Excellent insight into investing one’s talent, skills, time and money. Family by nature has shown that they are serious and very good mentors. I don’t know them personally. I have only been following them on their RUclips channel way back when they were preparing to move to Ghana. I followed them because we were also preparing to travel to Ghana. Although we had implemented some of the things they talked about before discovering their channel, I can tell you that it is worthy to learn from them. We need mentors who are true to their word and can bring people out of their fears and mentor them into “goodness and mercies shall follow you all the days of your life.”😄🙏🏿👍🏿👏🏿😊 Thank you guys and Ella.

This is a powerful message I have built my house in Ghana and hardly leave in there so I was thinking of air b&b actually when I come across your video I would love to meet you to discuss a lot of things I will be in Ghana this year thanks for the advice.
I really like the concept of the house your friend turned it into a business. It's a very good idea. Could we see a good tour of the property to have a proper understanding
Thanks Nana! It’s lovely. He did very well. He’s currently in the UK and will be back soon. Once he’s here we will do a tour of the property and all the rooms together.
@@FamilyByNature yes because I had this concept in mind. I was even telling my friends about it that this is something that would be a very good source of income and a retirement plan. Because in Ghana people are just wasting land left right centre. I even sent you a message once when you uploaded the video of the first time you guys came to your house. Because I saw a building on the lawn where you now have your cassava. Because I thought you were going to finish it and use that as an airbnb or some rental. But it's gone. But there's still space in your compound for any future plans. In Ghana some people build houses with massive rooms as if they are going to play around inside them. Which isn't the best options but it's a matter of choice for people to do what they want with thier money. Most African countries are always encouraged to build apartment blocks to rent some and occupy some themselves. But in Ghana every one want their own house with own compound because the kokonsa is too much.
Nana thanks for getting back and for the great write up. Your idea is a good one and that was exactly what we had in my mind with our Accra project. I was laughing at the kokonsa part lol.
Nana regarding the previous structure you were talking about. We GN ought the house as an uncompleted building and the previous owner planned to use it as a store or warehouse. We decided to let it go to have the space to Crete something from scratch.
@@FamilyByNature 😂😂😂 Yes Boss, you know kokonsa cannot be avoided with our people. It keeps them going. You remember the other names or variations of kokonsa, Nsakuo, lapor, Chinese lapor (which is derived from those old Chinese movies where you always had someone in there doing that. Always watching to go and talk about.)
Hi Douglas, nice to see you on here. I stayed in one of your apartments. Very quality home. Thank you for sharing your story. I wished I saw in in person, opportunity to network. We are following and learning. Thanks for sharing your story
Thank you, Gladys! That’s a great idea. It’s good to encourage the children to be entrepreneurs or create something on the side whilst having their jobs.
Thanks for everything. People have invested in manufacturing n have lost alot of money. Why you invested in B&B it is safe. There is alot if that going on. On line business is good. There are ups n downs but safe. God Almighty bless you 🙏
Thank you! Listening to people’s opinions often keep folks in the comfort zone. Sometimes people want to do something, but get talked out by others. Be stubborn when it comes to achieving your goals and dreams because only you can see and feel it. When I told friends and family I was moving to Ghana with a family of eight some thought I was crazy and tried to talk me out, but as a person of steely determination I didn’t listen to anyone who was not aligned to my goals. We are sitting literally on a goldmine! I will start a series on building systems and address your questions on affiliate marketing and Amazon please.
@@FamilyByNature thanks so much and I appreciate this. Also coming to look at it the west has done so much to cripple even our shipment and freight channels because we do not have a state own carrier to make things cheaper for Ghanaians and the faster drop shipment companies are also equally expensive. They make shipping abroad very expensive from Africa unlike going to Africa. Just like the airline tickets and taxation systems they have in place. So it makes even doing a business to customer of business to business drop shipment difficult because of all these hindrances. It's makes things sometimes mind bubbling. Especially from Africa.
