Love what you all are doing, you saw a business opportunity based on inefficiencies, lack of innovation and poor customer service and are killing it in the real estate game. Master class indeed on turning wahala in to $$$$. I hope folks are taking notes.
Thank you.
The Dynamic Duo are back. Another great video from Ghanabound and ihomes Africa.
Brilliant this is exactly how it is done in Kenya, you provide the land and you go in with a developer. Your profit is ownership of the land plus several units in the development.
Come together neighbours and make sure the roads are done; cover the gutters to avoid mosquitoes; you can do this instead of waiting for the government. I started bringing this idea to people where am building
a book, a report that will help others.
Not sure I understand what you mean?
@@GhanaBound Sorry, I think my comment was for the video of a couple Canada, one was an aerospace engineer. In posting my comment it was split between that show and this one. Can’t quite explain how.
A book like this?

Interesting idea. This can be done across various sectors
Do you know the type of wooden look like tiles . Are they Spanish or Italian or etc because I plan to buy some this June for my house?
Would this company consider affordable houses too ? Areas could be Ashalley Botwe ?
I wanted to commend you on the fantastic content you provide. Your videos are always informative and engaging. However, I submitted a form to inquire about your services over four weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. I expected better customer service, especially considering the quality of your channel. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Adjiringanor is one of the most sought-after area's in Accra as it has everything school, shops, bars restaurants, good roadsad mentioned in the opening of the episode. 60 years extendable lease. 24 hours security onsite. Security doors air con ,secondary gate to each home.
Great building, great location but the LAND** is too small u can park just 1 car...Pls think about the buyer. Virtually no space, no Land..this is Ghana** so at least half* plot* of Land with a decent size compound for 3 or 4 cars but u can park.just 1 car and where will children play? when there is no space at all??
No space to even sit & get fresh air
Hi,thanks for joining us in the comments section. This is the dilemma. The price and availability of land inside Accra is at a premium so if you do decide to add the space, the price tag will have to follow. Also all of our designs are built to park 2 suv's. The camera may not be able to pick it up ,but that's the case. If you are looking for space around your home, your choices are increasingly pointing to buying land on the outskirts of Accra.
@@GhanaBound , thanks. I love the building itself & the location is prime too but the space is way too small. Am not looking for a big land but just the standard half plot.
If this was on a half plot i would have paid for it because the finishing is excellent..
I do undstnd u though as everyone is different. Thanks so much
I understand you. Thanks for joining us in the comments section, This is exactly what is good about it, the chance discuss respectfully .
If you do find the land size you need the price of this home drops significantly please take a look at the following link for pricing ghanabound.com/construction-for-you/
