Basically the same mirrors that came on my 2019 WT.. those reverse lights are great, mine are switched so i can turn them on anytime the trucks not in drive.. love em, good job brother 🤙

You are one lucky man. If I bought mirrors to go on my wife truck she would take them out and bash them across my head. But when you put a new parts of something else on your wife truck . Her smile just keeps getting bigger every time. Can't wait to see the finish of this build!
I just got a set of those mirrors for my 2012 k3500 - mine have the chrome cap. Have not installed yet so your vid is timely. I like the updated look and the back up spot lights.
i dont know why chevy didnt level the mirrors from the start it looks so much better when they are leveled , its looking good though :) those little fuse adapters are a god sent id love to shake the inventors hand because they are such a life saver i wish my dodge mirrors had the light for reverse im sure its super handy i have the puddle lights and everything but the reverse lights are nice i ended up getting a super bright tailgate light under the gate that helps a little when backing up :) another great vid guys and gals :)

When you get the piping kit on her truck you won't be able to touch the LB7 whistle :-P I leave my radio off half the time to listen to it :-D I went with the wehrli kit and it brought the whistle to life!

Awesome install you two! And FYI josh the heater sound is fine on this end. I’m used to that Sound anyway lol many years working on my friends mustangs in the cold ass garage when we were younger.
And cut that bend off at the end of the exhaust. I ran that similar 4” dp back non muffled exhaust for 4 years before I chopped it because I got tired of the look but it actually drones less and sounds better...

Gotta add fog lights! They are plug and play, All the factory wiring is there already. Just need the switch on the dash and the housings.

i never thought to use my little pincher for that haha it seemed to work pretty good :) i have mechanics wire i use to feed it through the door boot and then hook the wire to it and pull it through it works great cause that little boot between the doors can be such a pain haha she did great though :)

Off topic. How in the sweet hell does a feller get the left rear injector out of an lly. I'm about to burn it to the ground!
Use a old injector line attach it to the injector, pull up and twist on the line while someone prys on the injector hold down
@@TruckMaster true to my luck. That never worked. Slide hammer never worked. We even got crazy and threaded a hook... Homemade.... Onto the injector and hooked it with a cherry picker...... Picked the truck up by the injector.. .. Nothin.... Never gained anything.... Starting to lean towards pulling the engine.. For on injector. Insanity.

Do you have a larger down pipe on big-red? I know you have a 5" exhaust, but how much different is the down pipe itself Between the two ?
The spool up whistle is a big difference on camera between the two. Unless the wifemax is higher freq and the camera can't catch it.
Have earl install a 4" electric cutout maybe? Idk. 😁

The old wifemax mirrors wouldn"t fit or work on a '03 or '04 GMC SIERRA 1500 4x4, correct? Since it already has manual adjustment mirrors on it now.

I got a question about the headlight switch. I got an 06 Chevy lbz and in daylight I can control the headlights on and off but at night I can’t switch my headlights to just running light or completely off while it’s running. But at night when truck is off I can turn them on or off. I’ve tried turning the knob trick nothing and yeah just was wondering if you had an idea couldn’t find anything on it

you need to level out them mirrors the passenger side looks a little higher
and they look really weird pointing up you have to pop the top bracket off a little and it will even them out and make it look a lot better

Curious why you keep saying that the lb7 will be faster than the lbz? From what I've seen in your videos your basically putting all the same supporting performance mods that you've done the the lbz on the lb7 too besides the upgraded cp3 on the wifemax. Is there something else you've done to wifemax you havent mentioned in your videos that's gonna make it faster because the builds underneath the hood are turning out to be the same?
I have a stock pump on the LBZ also my truck is lifted with giant pointless wheels on it. I’m pretty sure the Lb7 has the advantage
Ahhh dude her's sounded better... you need to spend some time cleaning and detailing the interior of the Wifemax for her...swap on the wheels and tires that came off your truck... change out those crusty speakers and get her stereo and speakers installed.

Fixed vane turbo and variable vane turbs are way different. I like fixed vane for instant spool. Variable vane cloggs with soot easily but has that sound you just can't help but love
