that one dude rocking the best Mitch Hooper cosplay of all time
I thought that's who it was in a previous video. lol
Real
lol the classic look of a circus performer from the late 1800s. Bald huge white guy in tights with a handle bar mustache performing feats of strength for entertainment. The OG’s
@@LuLzezRoflcopter And to top it off....he is Russian :)
Haha thanks! I'm still waiting for Hooper to invite me to be his body double at the WSM
FYI - I had a proximal bicep tear a year ago doing Atlas stones in my driveway. No video or announcement was posted, just wanted to focus on recovery. (Surgery was not recommended by my physicians). Looks funny still, but feeling okay again! :-) Pretty happy with this! Have any of you had a bicep tear, how did you guys recover and get back to training?
💪💪
Hair transplant looks great. Should do some before and after photos or video
Haven't had a bicep tear but deathly afraid to get one. So I am awaiting the day until James Fuller of Strongman Archeology releases his book on bicep health he mentioned during you guys' interview. Seem to be unintentionally doing more reps for bloodflow and tendon health because of my fear of the tear. 😅
December 2008, I tore the insertion of my left biceps off the ulna bone. It pulled free with a loud snap. The way I snapped it was doing 105 chained around my waist for sets of 8 on underhand pull-ups with an EZ bar. First set, no sweat. It let go on the 5th or 6th rep of second set. Showing off for the wife. ;)
At first I wasn't sure what happened because there wasn't much pain (common), but I knew intuitively that something fairly catastrophic had occurred. I was really hoping I hadn't torn my biceps... then showering later, sure enough, the biceps was getting shorter. A couple weeks later I had it re-attached by a very skilled plastic surgeon who specialized on hands. I began super light training 8-10 weeks later (at surgeon's recommendation).
My big question for the surgeon was, "When can I go full throttle?" If I remember right, he said I was good to go in 6-12 months, but that the hole in my forearm bone and the titanium button he'd attached the tendon to would be fully calcified in 18 months. That's what I wanted to know. Up until 18 months, I trained "for a pump" to get blood to the area without placing undue stress. Once past 18 months, I jammed the accelerator to the floor and haven't looked back. Surgeon did a great job.
Russ Barlow, awesome powerlifter from Maine suffered a biceps tear, had it reattached and later exceeded his best dead. I don't recall his exact poundage now but it was well into the 8s. His recovery inspired me.
The injury has left an impressive S shaped scar from my biceps down my forearm. As a conversation piece, it's second only to a war wound or bear/tiger attack. Best of luck!
I had proximal bicep tear and was repaired with surgery. Why was surgery not recommended?
Ive lost 100+ lbs in the last 6 months and put on mass by just working out at planet fitness and watching my diet. Thanks Juji for always being a positive role model for guys like me bud.
is PF the one with the lunk alarm
@@richardbottom9843 yeah but ive never seen it be used at all even when people are being loud in the one I go to
Nothing better than AC/DC and some heavy lifting 💪
What muscle did it work?
Yes!
That girl is legit strong. Damn!
Top15 in The World!
I can only say, these are my kind of people. This is the gym that would make everyone in it stronger. All the best from Canada folks!
Dude literally bangs his head on the squat rack! LOL... Metal head bangers... Juji is home! LOL
Juji 601 & 615 looked GREAT
Sam says hi btw!
Already watched Clint's videos of this but now I'll watch this.
When you’re getting ready to hit arms and go to toss a video on to watch while eating and this is the first video title I see 😂
I liked this group, really great energy in this video
Juji's old deadlift videos in Gym fort were what got me to start lifting so its great to see this kind of video make a come back!
Clint is the best coach ever ❤
We should have a new rating system for power racks. Forget how much the weight capacity is. How many headbutts can they absorb?!
Get it Lily!!! 💪💪💪
I'm loving this series, great content!
Great group of ppl lifting under one roof 💪🏋🏋♀️
2:49 "Good thing I'm wearing my glasses. Those things are going to poke my eye out."
Using a mini excavator bucket as a log clean and press is ingenuity at its finest
Real fitness at its best!
Let's go juji!!!
(the ad was fun 😆)
Hell yah a group a friend working out together. Great fun
That was the BEST AG1 add I have seen yet.
I think I like Juji with the new hairdo, it feels like a good marker of the next phase.
The hair is lookin mint bro
Yall are training in a dungeon 😮
See the other most recent video you gotta see the gym tour for this place!
Hairline coming in nicely
Awsome
I am an awful deadlifter, but technique looking clean Juji. Through the heels and zero shrug
Just like Larry, no problem if it's a long head proximal tear, but do make sure there's no repetition on your other arm
Really would love to see one of the home gym tours with Mikey Mac O'Brien!!
While you were doing the exercise was there any "tell" or warning or pain that started before the tear. I ask in the hope that I can look out for a warning sign and stop the exercise before a tear.
You look way better with the haircut man, and younger too 👍
“Construction Scoop” short for excavator bucket.
Hey @jujimufu, just observed the usage of your smelling product and I see people smelling, getting the hit and then clumsily trying to close the container. Are there bottles of smelling products that auto close after a hit, and so robust that you can toss / drop the package, so you can start lifting, in stead of fidgeting? Something like a pezz-dispenser, or something with a trigger-opening?
You got extra beef patty for the workout 💪
hair's looking great :)
Wow that dude did 525 at my weight 210 ish damn I feel weak 😅 congrats lightweight baby
🔥🔥 What gets easier to pick up the heaver it gets? Women

Are you ever going to get back into bodybuilding and try compete again?
That was really fun to follow along with last time.
That bicep tear pretty much ruined any chances.
@@thebiggestpanda1 Plenty of bodybuilders tear muscles and go on to compete further.
Even cbum tore his bicep, and many other pros have torn quads and hamstrings.
@@thebiggestpanda1not true.
Judges might deduct points for things but the overall package is what is added up. Sometimes politics and favoritism.
@@JT-yx7vf did they win though?
I miss the Juji PR celebrations, with the screaming and the backflips.
Let's lift an excavator bucket! After all, why not?
More sims soundtrack plz :)
Bruh everyone there is stupid strong, plumb wild strong, yeah the woman in grey too, crazy.
*Plumb wild strong*
Ha nice
Please go to Daniel Strauss/Raspberry Ape's home gym

did something happen to your left quad? it looks hurt? like parts torn off of the patella?
I noted that too his left leg 🦵
A 97 kilos man is almost huge subjectively ... and then you see the other dudes.
I haven't watched much jujimufu lately its so strange seeing hik with short hair
Dude in orange smashing his head and snorting back the salts to pull 385 is wild
Doing the best I can. I've pulled over 800 maybe 200 times in my life but right now I'm fighting harder fights.
@@clintdarden654 Fair enough man, you look like you should be pulling way more so I was just confused by how amped you got to pull what I'd assumed was an easy warm up for you
That acdc playlist is giving me mild stiffy.
Why didn’t Clint go heavy?
U know your in for a good time when it’s all rusty dusty and old
❤✝CHRIST IS RISEN ☦❤
❤💪🏋♀🙏✝GOD GIVES US STRENGTH ☦🙏🧗♀🕊
why do people use the over and under grip when DL when the risk of pulling of the bicep is so much higher, and why do so many female strong women have there belts up so high
That AG1 stuff is crap man. That’s not human food. You can can do better
Bro in orange hit the amonia for 385
The human body hasnt changed for thousands of years so why do people keep trying too invent all these daft cable exercises. This is the type of gym anyone needs, nothing more. A bench a squat rack a bar and some weights and if you train right you can build strength and a physique. Ps a chinup bar would be a good thing to have if people want to avoid deadlift because of injury risk
It really depends. Machines and cables were developed for people with injuries or other physical limitations preventing them from using classic equipment effectively. They work great for what they were designed for.
I do free weight stuff until my low back becomes the limiting factor, then I switch to machines to fry the muscle further.
@luxeayt6694 ye that's what I mean about aving a chinup bar instead of deadlift. Dealifts work but if you go slightly wrong you are injured
@thebiggestpanda1 yes that is true I suppose they are safer
Well, not everyone wants to have a stiff powerlifter’s physique with no chest, shoulders & arms.
Plenty of people who pull 800+ plus who are all torso.
I don’t see the point of flat bench press tbh. Incline barbell, dumbbell press on the other hand..
Jesus Loves you all very much!!!! God Bless everyone!!!!
Whoever is reading this I break any demonic agenda over your head in JESUS NAME!!!Jesus loves you

After 200 kg lift the lady went back to the kitchen to prep some snacks for the boys...😁😁 👍👍
the strong man is the only one smart enough to double over hook. the rest of you are just waiting to tear a bicep.
