How did you make bonding between foam core and facesheet

Is this material porous from end to end? Will it be used for refrigeration, for example with some type of exchanger? Or is it only useful from an extructural point of view? Anyway, awesome machine, thanks for the videos they are very interesting.

The outer plates are solid. The inside it porous. it is applied as lightweight structure for mobility applications

I have never heard of this metal foam sandwich before, whats its applications as the voids inconsistentcy makes it seem a unique item to order.

It is for lightweight industrial applications such as railway, aerospace and some building applications
