They won't block covers unless Nick wants them to and he won't. One of the nicest guys around. I have never been able to appreciate his guitar skills enough because his compositional beauty always seems to keep me so engrossed that I forget about individual instruments. My mom absolutely adores his work and is able to recognize his tracks even when spread randomly in my playlists, inspite of no background or special love for progressive rock /jazz music. He is a phenomenal composer

At a technical level, I'm impressed. Of course I would be... It's Nick.
At a musical level, driving home just now, listening to this, I am fed. I feel more confident, my spirits are lifted, old dreams arise again; Nick has tapped into something greater than the sum of the parts (tracks, perhaps?) in the work he has done here. I am grateful for this.
I think, rather than pitch a fit, threaten to burn my guitar, or quit playing all together, I'll dig deeper. Instead of trying to outplay the man, or prove anything, it may prove best to simply outdo my own self, to go further than before. I may also just be low on sleep.
    Thanks, Nick!

Such a beautiful collection of truly meaningful music in a time and era when Music is measured more on sales than content.

all artist at some point identify with others which to me is a compliment. in my view i grew up in the 7o's and went to at least 2 rock shows a week. andy, joe, eddie, vai. nick. eric, and all the other contemporary artists music has been done before. they have just taken it to another level. what unites them and us is the music. i appreciate all music which i'm sure you do as well. thanks for your reply and enjoy your gift from the universe for the love of music. take care.......PEACE

Nick, not only is your album a masterpiece of guitar playing but even more for writing beautiful music. The sound of the songs, the composition and usage of instruments, the creation of atmosphere and of course your guitar playing. Just wonderful. I listened to your album already a few times and is getting better and better. Usually I get bored by guitar players quite fast. Not this time

I wish I had the intelligence and wit to adequately explain how amazed I am, and how much i appreciate and relish this masterpiece on so many levels. Every. Single. Song. I literally can't stop listening to it for a month now and consider it one of the finest musical works ever created. It is absolutely on the same level of achievement musically as any Plini, Dream Theater, Satriani, or Vai, to name a few, and a windfall of financial success would hardly be enough of a way to thank you for creating and sharing this, Nick. A million thanks to you

While I'm a huge admirer of your soloing skills, what I love the most in this and previous albums is your chord progressions. Tense, chromatic, resolving, comforting (and normally all in one song!). Love your work, Nick. 👌👊 Come to Andertons again and do a Masterclass!

In "A Cure Promised", that raised 4th? in the main piano and guitar line, it's so spacey and melancholy, but also has a soaring quality. Just absolutely beautiful headphone candy going on here and we've just started on this album. Thank you Nick, what a wonderful thing you've given the world.
