Day 25: Yoga for the IT band and sweet lower back release | outer hips | 25min

  • A 25min therapeutic practice to find sweet release through the outer hips & IT (iIiotibial band) that runs along the outer edge of the thigh. Hip tightness can also contribute quite significantly to lower back pain which is why working on these areas as well as the glutes (often in combination with some strengthening work) can work some magic and help you find that sweet release.     once again, Paula, you introduce novel poses. I'm never bored! And as an ADHD-er and long-time yogi, I am so grateful for this/your classes. I haven't done a practice a day consistently over these 30 days but am excited to continue exploring this rich collection of practices you've created for us at my own pace (and indefinitely!)

    Thank you for another lovely practice. While we seem to be experiencing a break in the rain, the roads are still wet leading to the cars making a fun background ‘music’ to todays practice. I wish for your safety and warmth! Namaste

    I just did this flow instead of day 24 (it felt perfect after a lower body workout yesterday) and I really enjoyed the difficulty level of this one. Usually I'm always for discovering new poses, new strength etc, but this one somehow made me slow down. Great flow, as always 🙏
