As I read your comment, the song was still playing. I visualize as I read and I could see the funeral play out with the song in background. It brought tears to my eyes. I mean no disrespect, i know what your son went through with addiction. It's so hard to stop. And you really want to. So it becomes a battle inside yourself. Usually the addicted self wins. And the true self, the one that wants to quit, the one that wants to live becomes miserable because it's fighting an endless battle and too scared and ashamed to ask for help. I was that person for over 10yrs. I'm on the path to full on sobriety and have been able to stay on it because of GOD and complete honesty with my immediate family. And completely cutting off every one in my life that I did all that with. Which was basically everyone I hung out with. Best thing I ever did. They r not bad people just make bad decisions and have bad habits. But I can no longer be around them. I'm rambling, I'm sorry. I will pray for u and ur son. And I'm sorry he lost his life to drugs. I'm sorry you have to go through all that. My heart goes out to you
My sister adored this song, and got me listening to it in December 22. My sister passed away in February of this year, and for months, i couldn't listen to it, as it reminded me of my sister, Siobhan, tonight i decided to play and listen to it for, our Siobhan who we all truly miss xx
Alot of people think that by drinking or by consuming drugs is a way to deal with reality. I beg you all different. So many poeple have turned the corner from this terrible affliction. This destroys families and communities that we live in. I have turned my life around by serving our lord and saviour and believe me, his words give us the tools to overcome these afflictions. I pray that my sister changes her ways and turns her life around.

They are no longer friends but my Extended family which I respect dearly. Never felt anything like it when I was sitting in my room down, nothing to live for I popped some shrooms, stuck a playlist and and I was coming up and this came on, I was floating through a beautiful field all bad thoughts were gone and I was shown how to bring myself up when no one else is around. Never felt anything like it when I was sitting in my room down, nothing to live for I popped some shrooms, stuck a playlist and and I was coming up and this came on, I was floating through a beautiful field all bad thoughts were gone and I was shown how to bring myself up when no one else is around.
