- We unbox the Omega Speedmaster Silver Snoopy. The Silver Snoopy commemorates the 50th anniversary award Omega received from NASA astronauts in 1970 for their role in the Apollo missions.
The Silver Snoopy boasts a unique unboxing experience with special edition contents not found in any other Speedmaster.
We also do a close up of my favorite feature, the exhibition case back.
Love the new strap and clasp. I’ve done the same to my Seamaster 300 professional on the black rubber. So much more convenient than a pin buckle.
Absolutely! I was going to put the SS bracelet on it from my 3861 but I have enough SS bracelets.
This keeps the spirit of the silver snoopy while making it more convenient.

How long did it take for you to get the call for the Snoopy? Got the call after 13 months from my purchase of the Moonshine gold panda in rubber 🙂
Congrats! I actually asked about it when I was picking up my 60th Bond because they had a display model. They said they couldn’t sell me 2 special editions together.
Then they called me about 2 weeks later and said if I buy a precious metal watch I could have one that day. I turned it down.
Then a week after that they said I could have it if I bought any watch. I turned it down.
Then they called again a week after that with the same offer and I finally said ok. I bought the cheapest Seamaster they had and sold it at a $1k loss.
Beat waiting or buying grey.
