I dont think they are discontinuing ot any time soon. I heard in the UK, for example, that they aren't taking any new orders for them until 2028! Which tells me they are going to make them but the production is intentionally very slow. Prob the next anniversary edition won't be until 60 yrs.
Absolutely! I was going to put the SS bracelet on it from my 3861 but I have enough SS bracelets. This keeps the spirit of the silver snoopy while making it more convenient.
Just picked up mine from a boutique this week. Coincidentally they offered me this exact strap and clasp combo (since I asked about a deployment clasp) and it makes this watch perfect to me - the deployment strap is a little wider and suits the watch better imo.
@@casualdudereviews I bought it used, but it is flawless. It came full kit AND with a bracelet. The strap hadn't even been used because the previous owner preferred it on a bracelet. The strap was literally in a sealed envelop and it desperately needs to be broken in. I paid 13.6k out the door.
Congrats! I actually asked about it when I was picking up my 60th Bond because they had a display model. They said they couldn’t sell me 2 special editions together. Then they called me about 2 weeks later and said if I buy a precious metal watch I could have one that day. I turned it down. Then a week after that they said I could have it if I bought any watch. I turned it down. Then they called again a week after that with the same offer and I finally said ok. I bought the cheapest Seamaster they had and sold it at a $1k loss. Beat waiting or buying grey.
From what I understand there is only 1 SKU for this model. The sapphire Speedmaster bracelet does fit it though so it would need to be purchased separately.
It’s very difficult and really depends on the management at the boutique. I don’t have a big history at the boutique because most of my Omegas were purchased at an AD. When I bought the 60th Bond watch, they had a Snoopy in stock but wouldn’t sell it to me. They called for a couple of weeks trying to sell me a gold piece to get it and I said no. Finally, they agreed to sell it to me if I bought any other piece so I bought a white dial Seamaster and sold it at a $1,000 loss. I’d try and connect with someone at the boutique and get your name on the list. You never know what might happen.

But many claims that’s its officially discontinued on Omega website !
I am on the wait list for this and am told I’m in the process of getting one , i really hope I get the call soon before it’s discontinued 🙏🏻
Fingers crossed!
Love the new strap and clasp. I’ve done the same to my Seamaster 300 professional on the black rubber. So much more convenient than a pin buckle.

I agree! And congrats on your purchase!
I hope 🤞🏼 I could soon get a used one at retail or lower 😀 ! I seriously love it 😍 but waiting for a bargain deal.
Grail watch! Keep your Rolexes, APs, VCs - this is a historical watch, and super cool.
Definitely one of the favorites in my collection.
So I waited for the Snoopy since the day they announced it till last week. Never got the call, so I bought it pre-owned a week ago.
Congrats! Sorry to hear you never got the call. Did you buy it used or new? How much did you end up paying?

How long did it take for you to get the call for the Snoopy? Got the call after 13 months from my purchase of the Moonshine gold panda in rubber 🙂

Is there a 2nd version of this that includes bracelet or?

Hi Daniel, my snoopy has just arrived 😃 do you have the reference for the deployment strap please? Can’t find it as an option on Omega. Thanks
Congrats! I asked my SA for the part number and will reply when I get it.

is it possible to buy this without any buying history from omega?
