Brilliant videos, I worked the platforms at New St 1989-2001. The variety of stock was much better than now. It's all Voyagers, Pendos and the rest.
My mom and grandma would take me up New St. Every week when I was between 1 and 5 (I was 1 in 1993) i remember the blue EMU and the old intercities!
Bring back the exe livery. Timeless and would look great today instead of some of the color schemes in use.
Even the units were better then!

What livery were those 310s in? Don't think I've seen that before.
117305, Actually the majority were in NSE London, Tilbury and Southend Livery.
Probably either Poole, Brighton, or Paddington.
Ispotted at new street thuoughout the 1980s and early1990s
Come back intercity all is forgiven ,you would of thought the government would of reformed intercity on the ECML being publicly owned again. i reckon there would of been an increase in passenger numbers somehow.
