The game has 15 race tracks and a battle mode similar to other kart racing games. In addition, there are four battle arenas for multiplayer action. You will also be able to collect power-ups to attack opponents or gain an edge in the race, as well as Pac-Man's signature fruit pickups, which in Pac-Man World Rally unlock secret shortcuts. There are 16 characters for the player to choose from.
Pac-Man World Rally contains gameplay that is standard to cart racing games. It also contains a 4-player multiplayer mode where you can access characters from both the Pac-Man world and many other Bandai Namco games. Pac-boxes are available on the track and allow the player the gift of one item. Pac-dots are also available on the racetrack. Each Pac-dot collected helps the player's meter go up. Once it is full, the player can press the specified button and turn into Pac-Man, and all the other players turn into blue(vulnerable) ghosts. If the Pac-Man eats any of the blue ghosts, the blue ghosts will stop for a while and get a major disadvantage on the track. This event only lasts eight seconds. A fruit activation button is on the racetrack. When the player runs over the button, fruit is scattered around the racetrack. When you run over the fruit, it allows the shortcut that corresponds with the fruit to become open for you.

I was just sitting and thinking about my childhood and this game came to my mind. I couldn't remember the game's name but I just searched for "Pac-Man Rally game" and it came out lol.
I was playing this game on PS2 24h/24h when I was around 6 years old. Everytime I hear the main menu's music I get chills under my spine.

After this game, everything Pac-Man related (not counting awesome downloadable maze titles) is just pure trash. Give us Pac-Man World 4 Namco. Please, do it for the fans. Why are you killing your own franchise?
I think now, since that didn't happen yet, it would be necessary to remake the Pac-Man World Trilogy and Pac-Man World Rally.

I used to play this game on the PS2 with my sister ALL day back in '06. I got three copies for PS2 just because I love it. I gave a copy to one of my cousins, and the two other copies are broken. So instead, I got Pac-Man World Rally for PC and Gamecube. It would of been cool to see it on the DS just like Pac-Man World 3. It was on the PSP already, so that's all I've gotta say.

This and crazy frog racing are fun to play you could play those games for hours and never get bored unlike games today

This game came out one year after mario kart arcade, which was where pacman was a guest character, and he was the first 3rd party mario kart character!

This looks like it could pretty easily be integrated into Mario Kart. Just make coins work as power pellets to Pac-Man and make a Pac-Man rally stage.

-Some of karts the characters use like Inky's race car or Jr using a rocket powered skateboard
-How Pac-Man always yells "WHOOOO!" when he passes racers or wins a race
-How Devil Pac keeps pointing at you in the character select screen and him in general shame he wasn't used after this game

I really hated the evil clown stage though that one was so difficult to beat and tricky as fuck.
