Then I got this for my birthday the same year for my PS2 and nearly cried tears of joy 😂

I bought a new PS2 from Best Buy since 1st grade, but then it was taken away since the end of 2nd grade due to the same issue from Pre-K. (It’s a circle of luck for me. 4 years of bad luck, 5 years of uncertainty of luck, and 1 year of good luck)
Thanks for putting the video settings you used in the description. I just started using pcsx2 today to start emulating my PS2 games. I already got this game running on my i5-8400 CPU, 32GB of RAM, and RTX 2060 graphics card. I played the absolute hell out of this game when I was a kid, and seeing this just put a smile on my face.
I remember enjoying this Pac Man World 2 on PS2 when is was like 3 or 4 or 5 but now in 20 years I brought the new Pac Man World Re Pac for the Nintendo Switch.
budaroddy I just replayed the game few months ago and boy, it took like 40+ lives for me to get through. 1. It got janky looks and collision (being on ps1) on the chase phase 2. Combination of It's whirlwind and meteor strike attack on a _floor is lava_ with a small platform on the second phase is so difficult to evade 2.5 I think there's also jumping lava ball between platform 3. The checkpoint is only between phases Screw this boss fight. SCREW IT
Just checked the boss fight again, that thing got laser attack that quickly sweeps through all the platforms. It's a hell to dodge, you have to quickly rush to the center to avoid it

hm! this must be a different revision of the game. pac-man's not giving his awkward hints, and the boss level has the word "killer" in it... anyway, this is pretty amazing. i had no idea there was a PS2 emulator out there! i know what i'm gonna be doing soon...
My Pac-Man rom keeps freezing did you have this issue I’ve tried another rom and same thing every other game runs perfectly fine but at certain levels in certain areas it freezes 100% of the times I go there
Dude this game aged well like most early quality 3D platformers, especially the GameCube port, the load times are milliseconds long and World 3 can barley stay at 60fps
Luckily I’m gonna buy these tho cause I got a ps2 off Amazon so whatever…. But still what bout for everyone who don’t own any access to these classics?!

They need to do a remaster of Pac Man World 1-3 and make it a trilogy remaster like how Crash and Spyro got remasters
But make the Pac-Man World trilogy remaster for Switch. Also, they should make Pac-Man World 4 Nintendo Switch game.

This game didn't age well, dear lord the rendering is godly awful and very slow pace, they improved this game big time with pacman world 3
