    I wish I saw this when Medik8 had the 20% off just recently 😭
    I currently use Press & Glow, the Crystal Retinal 10 for eyes, Crystal Retinal 10 (almost ready to start CR20), the night eye cream, liquid peptides, and the Miceller Mousse for my first cleanse.
    I have acne scarring so I'm going to buy the Press & Clear to use once or twice a week.
    I'll also definitely get that Surface Radiance Cleanser as well.
    I agree with you about the C-tetra and Hydra B5 Intense. I also did not like the Daily Radiance C cream that had vitamin C in it. It never sinks into my skin.
    I unfortunately have bad skin from my teen years because my parents did nothing for it except let my buy the usual acne products at the grocery store that didn't work. They were also the type they would make little jokes about it as well. Now that I'm older, if I had children I couldn't imagine not doing everything I can to help them, and would never tease them about their bad skin. Not that my parents were totally abusive, but horrible skin is one of the biggest embarrassments to have. I just don't understand how they just left my sisters and I to deal with it on our own.
    There's only so much any brand can do for my skin, but since starting Crystal Retinol a few years ago, my pores are definitely smaller.

    Really informative, and as post menopausal, oily skinned woman I find the retinal fab, but have never been able to find a Vitamin C serum that works and don't use it. The retinal is so good and worth the money, lasts a long time. All my other skincare products are under £10, but I think medik8 retinal has really improved my skin. I wonder if you have tried their bakuchiol? This also I think comes in an oil base which puts me off due to my oily skin

    • @DrSapnaSkin
      @DrSapnaSkin  5 месяцев назад +1

      I agree I’ve struggled with Vitamin C’s a lot. The only two I’ve liked is Sunday Riley and Summer Fridays.
      I haven’t tried their bakuchiol. It really depends how your skin likes oils. I’ve come to realise, especially in warm weather, my skin prefers light weight options.
      If you are happy with your retinal I wouldn’t bother adding Bakuchiol personally ❤️

    I don't have acne, but I do occasionally deal with under-skin congestion. I've started using benzac because I wear makeup every day, and I've cut back on my SPF because I spend most of my day indoors. However, I'm really interested in medik8 products, especially the retinal 3 and the blue press and clear. What are your thoughts?

    • @DrSapnaSkin
      @DrSapnaSkin  7 месяцев назад

      I generally find Benzac quite drying, I’ve done a video on it so check it out.
      Either CR3 or press and clear. If it’s not really acne then CR3 would be good for general anti-aging benefits too!

    • @user-zx9oj8vi6b
      @user-zx9oj8vi6b 7 месяцев назад +1

      Been eyeing that Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting Liquid, but it's nowhere to be found in the UAE. Thinking of giving the Clean and Clear toner a shot. Benzac doesn't dry me out at all-I usually pair it with QV moisturizer, and it's all good for my skin. Tried tretinoin, too much for me. Differin's great, but I want something stronger, hence the curiosity about CR3. On the lookout for a decent toner I can use 1-2 times a week. @@DrSapnaSkin

    • @DrSapnaSkin
      @DrSapnaSkin  6 месяцев назад

      Would say that Differin (Adapalene) is probably stronger than CR3, so if that works, keep with it.
      My preference is the Press and Clear over the Paula's choice personally ❤️

    Hi Dr. Sapna, Karla 63 herein Ok. I have seen amazing results using a lot of Medic8 products, like you, I purchased the C Luxe and will continue to use it, but not sure if I like the “Oil Based Serum” my skin is dry and dehydrated, I’ve never had any peeling applying my other serums and SPFs with it, but do not think I will repurchase although it does absorb rather quickly, but Iam convinced that my skin LOVES Timeless Vit C 20%. So glad that your channel popped up on my page. Great review of Medic8. Their Liquid Peptide serum has done amazing things for my texture, large pores and tightness!

      So glaf you like ht medik8 products! It seems the C Luxe is love or hate 🤷🏽‍♀️ just couldn't get on with it, Sunday Riley CEO has been my all time favourite but it's so expensive! Going to be trying more Korean beauty options next

      @@DrSapnaSkin have you tried Allies of Skin Vit C Serums? I think I am going to purchase it when almost thru with the Luxe Vit C. I purchased the Benton Vit C Serum from YesStyle. It has no water in it. It’s a bit different, but my skin really likes it. I love all Benton Products.

    Hey had a question. I got the medik8 press and clear and i had things i was wondering. Am i supposed to rub it in? Am i supposed to leave it on my face? Is it ok that nothing happens after use? How would i know if anything has happened? Sorry for all the questions just am still learning. Have great night

    • @DrSapnaSkin
      @DrSapnaSkin  4 месяца назад

      You don't really need to rub it in, you apply it to a cotton pad and just swipe it across the face and then apply any serums over it.
      I always say it takes 8-12 weeks to start seeing changes with skincare, it can take a while so stay consistent 😊

    Does the crystal eye 6 help with eye lines? How long until u see results? I used all of 3 strength tube just started on 6?

    • @DrSapnaSkin
      @DrSapnaSkin  Месяц назад

      It can help with eye lines, would advise using it for at least 12 weeks before you see a difference but you have to be patient,
      I would generally say that deep lines and hollows won't disappear but they can be softened
