Oh yeah, I made the video.
    Awesome run Dom.
Was so happy to cheer you on when you lapped me.
And thank you for waiting for me to finish too.
    Looking forward to the marathon.

Mate so stoked for you . Even looking back at your first 1/2 marathon that was a fantastic time but too see how far you have come is admirable. Running consistently is hard when you have work and life commitments but your doing it right and rewards are showing . Congratulations mate

Excellent video. Love how you're training tips are so simple -- just keep on building consistently. Really admire how you're been able to de-stress your life as well. I imagine that's huge for getting the most out of your training!

1:36 in your first half is still stupid fast - well done! I did my first yesterday at 1:55 and was stoked.
    Lots of goals to chase!

Stress is a factor that is overlooked in athletic performance. I've been training really well but because of high stress in my personal life, I've performed badly in races. Well done on your new PB. I'm sure you will run much faster if you run a half marathon fully rested!

Outstanding effort...Congrats! A 1:11:42 half is equivalent to a 2:30 full! With proper training and good weather on a flat course, you're going sub 2:30 all day long!!

woooo 1:11 I love those numbers, well done! last time I did a half marathon I ran exactly double 2:22 but in my defence I am a slow runner, and it was trail, and torrential rains, and I had a hip injury mmkay? I am very slowly getting into the "I don't do stress" camp, more out of necessity as I have reached my limit

how many more miles do you run each week today, compared to your first half marathon? That would be the answer to your improvements...
