Share lending need to be eliminated altogether. Sell not loan your share is the way the market was set up and for good reason. This seemingly innocent practice has become the center of massive corruption for Wall Street. There is no other industry that claims this practice because it is unethical on its face. The SEC should be abolished. I've always knowns there are plenty of unscrupulous individuals on wall street, but seeing some of the drastic price swings of past few years without any real catalysts.. felt very orchestrated... not surprised the SEC did nothing to help the individual investors as I'm sure they were rewarded handsomely for turning a blind eye
Whoa... I mean, I knew all this stuff already, but seeing a CEO posting on RUclips about it... I picked up some GNS before that run. Not a huge number - 25 shares. When the price went over $4.00, I recovered my initial in and have the rest sitting while I wait to see what happens... I'm split between AMC and GME, with about 2/3 in GME and 1/3 in AMC... But after watching this, I think I'm about to start aggressively buying into GNS. Nothing I can't afford to lose, of course. But this is definitely something cool to see. Hopefully these criminal psychopaths finally get taken down.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! It drives me Efing crazy! How this scam has been allowed for SOOOOO GD Long I will never understand. For the longest time I just assumed I was to blame for my own ignorance of the market worked. I was just convinced if I spent enough time studying the market, I could understand it well enough to make a fair return. But I was wrong. It wasn’t that I didn’t understand the market. The problem was & still is that the market is fixed. It’s a sham. Naked shorts, FTDs, married naked shorts, zombie stocks, haunting AMC every 5% it climbs while allowing hedge fund owned zombie stocks to shoot up thousands of percent in a single day so that hedge fund can cover a margin call. All of these are methods by which Wallstreet steals from retail investors every damn day and this is a small fraction of the illegal tricks hedge funds use to stay in business and drive v good companies out of business. How do they get away with it? We all allow it to continue. It’s that simple. Don’t allow it anymore.
