I could listen to Tom Ronk all day. A lot of retail investors have little understanding of the mechanics of the market. Ask most investors what Front running is and they wouldn't have a clue. Roger you are pulling the curtain back and exposing illegal market activities, and bringing more awareness to this out of control problem.

The biggest point is do not allow stocks to be illegally diluted. Which naked short selling does this. And so does illegal lending and relending of shares. How can 1 share go to 400 extra hands? Its wrong.
I am most curious how many actual provable fake shares exist, and if so how many other stocks have this happening? What is the extent of this problem? Its so hard to prove has this become a huge wide spread way of robbing investors since its so tough to prove or track

Fantastic information. I have been aware for years of naked shorting, Reg Sho violations and the refusal of the Regulators to enforce what they should be, let alone the need for Legislative change. "Selective Regulatory Oversight". They should all be 4 letter words because that is exactly right, totally unfair and believe me, Tom is correct when he says the non market making BD's cannot stand FINRA, their Exam tactics, Enforcement, OTR's etc., whilst they turn a blind eye to the real damage done to the public investor, exactly who they are supposed to be protecting. Love the info at the 25 min mark about AI allowing market makers to act on orders before even knowing size, price, etc What a total mess!!!!

I got one question for you and the people that are fighting for you,if you got a little of your time.If an institutional investor or a private investor buy shares of your company ,and lend to short almost the entire % of shares owned by them Can you bring a lawsuit againts them for conflict of interes or conspiracy to make your company fail?

No. Investors are allowed to lend out their shares, just like you or I could. They're interested in the interest payments from lending out the shares
